The location from the beach was perfect. unfortunately the red tide put a damper on our stay so we cut it short and header to the east coast.

Great location & beautiful condo!

Our experience at Indian Shores was amazing. The condo was beautiful, updated & very clean. It’s a two minute walk to the beach-just across the street. The on-site pool is very nice as well. Will definitely come again. Unit was low on washcloths, kitchen towels & dishwasher and laundry detergent so would suggest having more available for guests.

Great Location!

This is a beautiful updated property. The decor was outstanding! It was bright and cheerful and had two small decks which we enjoyed. A washer, dryer and beach chairs were a welcome addition. It was spotlessly clean with all kitchen accessories you would need. Be aware that there are three levels to this property, the bottom level being the garage, which can be good for privacy but does require hauling your suitcases up to the top floor. It was convenient to restaurants, shops and easy beach access. A small unheated pool was on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Location to Beach

The place was really nice and clean. We were told of early check in was available, they’d let us know on the day of. But when I checked in that morning, they told us this unit did not allow early check in. Dryer did not work, we contacted management and they sent someone but never fixed it. The garage door went up by itself and would not close so we had to unplug it from the ceiling to close it.

Just ok

Everything was fine for the most part. Biggest issues were a strong smoke smell when you walked in and they put air purifier bags by the door, the floor looked clean but your feet would be black after walking around barefoot for a few minutes even after a shower, the edge of the steps were all cracked going up to the bedrooms so be careful going up and down them.

We've made sure that there are no lingering odors present. The purifier bags are in the stairwell because the HVAC system does not have a vent into that space We've addressed the condition of the floors with our housekeeping team to ensure that this is not a persistent issue. Additionally, we found that the edges of the stairs had not been installed correctly, and they have since been replaced. We hope you'll allow us another opportunity to host you for a truly exceptional stay.
