The open floor plan and large balcony can easily accommodate enough space for a large group. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything necessary for the home cooks. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, while the living room has a queen sofa bed. The master bathroom has granite countertops and a large jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The main bathroom has granite countertops that match the master and a large walk-in shower. We include all the necessary cleaning supplies; as well as laundry supplies for the washer and dryer located inside the unit. Premium cable tv and internet service are provided, but please bring along your laptop. We include bicycles, and a closet full of fun beach stuff: chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, fishing poles, toys. There is a large pool and jacuzzi overlooking the bay, and also a dock for fishing; and a 24-hour lobby with restrooms. Walking to the large publix supermarket takes less than a minute, with dozens of restaurants, pubs, and stores are within a 15 minute walk. Because of the prime location you can get by without an automobile, but free covered parking is included in the first-level parking garage. Published weekly rates are (sat thru sat) for groups of up to 4. Since larger groups have higher operating costs, please note there's a fee of $35/per guest per week for guests in excess of 4. In your initial email, please include information about your family/group. For example - "My husband John & I are from Chicago, IL, and we are considering your condo for a vacation with our 2 children, ages 8 & 10." Also, please feel free to ask ?'s.

My wife and I had a great experience renting this unit. The owners are super conscientious about providing a well cared for condo. This condo is among the cleanest of anywhere we've stayed, and all of the details like pots & pans, dishes, linens etc were in like new condition. Even beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart to haul everything back and forth were provided. They even had a pair of bikes we used while we were there.
The location is perfect for Treasure Island. There is a public beach access a two minute walk north, and another a one minute walk south. A Publix grocery is right next door, it's literally quicker to walk than drive for groceries.
There's plenty to do in the area, and Clearwater & St. Petersburg are an easy drive. If you fly in, St. Pete-Clearwater Int'l airport is a 30 minute drive, just far enough yet much more convenient than Tampa.
Stayed in condo for two weeks. Had to be the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in. Rick and his wife are great,easy to work with. Everything they posted on the site is true. I can't wait to come back. Thank you
We just left this property and it's amazing
We were looking for a reasonable place to stay at Treasure Island. My husband stumbled across Rick and Karin's condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It is right across the street from the beach but you can see the water from the balcony. We brought 8 people with us including 4 teenage daughters. The condo was stocked with everything needed for the week including kitchen essentials, beach essentials and the bathrooms had hair dryers and other things that might be needed for the stay. They provided beach towels for each of us as well as chairs, balls, and frisbees. The condo was immaculate in cleanliness as well. The location is great with a coastline of different beaches, restaurants and shops within walking distance and Publix right next door. The pool was also clean and nice. The atmosphere was great here we definitely recommend it and would stay again!!

This rental had anything and everything you could possibly need. It is in a fabulous location and the owners are super accomodating and are just lovely. I couldn't have asked for anything better and I cannot wait to stay here again. The fishing off the dock was great and the pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day of sight seeing and or beaching. There was so much to do in the area and the Publix located right next door was so convenient. And all around great experience. Thank you so much for everything.
Awesome condo, wonderful location
we have stayed at the palms for the last 3 years, This condo by far was the cleanest,most welcoming condo we have stayed in, Rick and Karin meet us there, allowed for early entry.( because they clean and the previous renter did leave early) They supplied us cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, all the little things others do not. We had all the beach equipment and a wagon that we needed. Everything to use for cooking if we would have liked too. we will be back to this condo!!! if you have the chance to stay in this condo we give it a 6************ star out of 5.
Spacious and Great Sunset Views
We stayed at this condo for a week in early May. We found the condo to be very well furnished with newer dishware/cookware. The master bedroom is in the back of the condo so street noise from Gulf Blvd was not a problem. The king master bed was extremely comfortable too. We spent every evening on the front deck watching the sunset. The two Adirondack chairs were the perfect height for relaxing and watching beach activity across the street, traffic and people coming and going. There is a good sized table and chairs for eating on the deck. Publix is a short walk next door and we made several trips to pick up food and drinks for the week. There was plenty of covered underground parking--and Rick set us up with an extra parking pass for our daughter who lives in the area. The Treasure Island walkway is just a short walk across the street and was great for morning walks. We did take the two bikes out for a ride one morning into some of the neighborhoods--that was a nice treat.
Rick communicated very well before our arrival and entry codes on the building and unit made coming and going very easy. The pool was standard size--but backed up to the intercoastal which was very pretty and active with boats, SUPs, waverunners and birds. Lots of chairs for the number of guests so finding a place to lounge was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a nice clean condo experience.
