Conveniently located in a resort-style community, this sixth-floor, family-friendly condo is a must-see! This retreat has been tastefully furnished and decorated to provide you with the ultimate vacation spot. Located on four and a half acres, this fantastic community has amenities for everyone, including tennis courts, 20 open-use boat docks, tropical hut-style picnic tables, a rooftop observation deck, a fishing pier, a shuffleboard court, a putting green, a grilling area with gas grills, laundry facilities, a clubhouse with saunas and designated storage areas, and beach access directly across from Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club - you are within a short walk of the glorious sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Dining options, pubs, cafés, parks, golf courses, a boat rental company that also rents kayaks, paddle boards, scooters, and bicycles, and shops are within walking distance as well.



This sixth-floor home away from home offers stunning Gulf views from its private balcony - there is nothing like starting your day with a steamy cup of coffee or a refreshing juice with views like these! The inviting living room provides you with a great gathering spot where you can plan your next adventures, play board games, and watch TV. The free high-speed WiFi throughout the condo makes it easier to stay in touch with your loved ones back home and even work remotely! The well-appointed kitchen has everything you could need to whip up tasty treats on the go and homemade meals for the crew.



This complex is currently under construction and large machinery will be onsite. There will be construction noise during regular business hours, debris and dust from the walkway work being completed. Balcony will have limited/no access at times when workers are present.

Peaceful stay and fantastic sunrises.

Fantastic sunrises and dolphins were visible three days. Easy walk across the street to walk the beach. Residents were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Clean and Comfortable

The condo was as described, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: easy beach access and well-maintained grounds. Not much to do within walking distance but there is a beach trolley that stops right out front. Not having a washer/dryer in the condo was a bit inconvenient as it's 3.75 per load and on the 4th floor. Check-in and communication with the rental agency went smoothly.

The rental was great and the view of the coast from the balcony is expectacular. We loved the apartment as it was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed at a reasonable price range. The beautiful golf beaches are just a short walk across the street. The only negative I can point out is about the pool size and restrictions around it, you are not allowed to bring floating toys in the pool, which is a little disappointing if you are on a family vacation with small kids. There are also a lot of retirees that often use the pool and sometimes seemed to be annoyed with our presence there. Overall great vacation though!
