Attention:
The pool project is scheduled to commence in September. Contingent upon the weather, the project is estimated to completed by the end of February 2024. The pool will be closed while the work is being completed.

You can see for miles and miles and views from this 7th floor corner 2 Bedroom Condo. Views of the Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see. Great complex offering tennis, pool and a great Indian Shores location! The Master Suite offers a King size bed while the 2nd bedroom offers one Queen and one Twin bed. There is also a queen sofa bed for an extra guest or two. New sliders just installed with new window coverings. coffee will never be the same! There is so much to do at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club from putting green,bikes, day docks, swimming pool, hot tub and easy access to the beach, your vacation can be found all in one location! New pictures coming week of 1/22/24!

One assigned parking spot and one guest parking pass provided.

Daughters Sweet 16 Vacation

This property was absolutely beautiful and included everything and more to enjoy our week vacation. Parking was perfect. Beautiful views and close to many restaurants, shopping and other beach towns, but is still a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location - needs some updates tho - overall good experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location of this property and the management company was great. Easy access for parking and good communication. Hopefully you do some updates to your property. The lack of updates would be the only thing preventing me from booking the property again. Two things that exceeded our expectations. Sitting on the 7th floor patio, you will see several dolphins passing thru. Second, there is an awesome mini golf course within 100 yards where you can play golf and feed actual alligators. Good times.

Would definitely stay again

This was everything we had hoped for. Amazing views and quiet. The condo was equipped with everything you might need for the beach or for just staying in on a rainy day. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed this property very much. We had our two teen kids and let them each bring a friend- so two adults and four teens. The property owners were very generous with their belongings. They left us: beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella (WITH a sand digger), tennis racquets, golf clubs, and bikes. This kept our teens busy! I did think there was a laundry room in our condo, but there was not. There is a laundry room on the fourth floor that takes credit cards. I was a little bummed about not renting on the beach this year, but we saw dolphins and manatee from our balcony almost daily. The kids used the pool a lot and it was a short walk to the beach. The area has lots of options for souvenir shopping, restaurants, and bars that are within walking distance. Taking the trolly cost $2.25 a person (or $5.00 a day) and was super easy to use. It was our first time staying in Indian Shores. We’ve stayed at neighboring beaches before, but would opt to come back to this area.

VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management was very helpful when it was discovered that our original property was not as described. We were lucky that it was not yet peak season and we could be switched to another property. This location was wonderful-from the front we could see the gulf along with the beautiful sunsets and from the balcony gorgeous sights which included sunrises, dolphins and many birds. The other residents were very friendly and the week we were there this location was having a meet and greet and everyone was invited. The twin bed mattresses and couch could use replacement as it was hard to get off the couch as the cushions were worn and too soft and the twin mattresses had no support. Also the code to the men's Sauna did not work. We did enjoy our stay and its location as it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and we would definitely book through Seaside Property again.

I loved this end unit.. saw sunrise to sunset from the room.. this place had so much space to entertain family that came over. Most likely will reserve next year

Enjoyed the views and wildlife.

The scenic views were beautiful, and we enjoyed the wildlife. The cross-breeze was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped. An old, used coffee filter was left in the coffeemaker. There were some dust bunnies that came out from under the bed when the wind blew in the windows. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and feel we would rent this place again.

Great, overall

Overall, great place to stay. Could have used some deeper cleaning, but view is incredible and location to beach is awesome. Not within walking distance to grocery store, but definitely walking distance to beach.

It was spacious for our family of 5, clean, and had everything we needed from the kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, storage containers), balcony had plenty of seating and tables along with a beautiful view, fans, beach rafts/toys/chairs, tennis rackets, and 2 bikes (1 bike had issues with a wheel), and the most amazing water views from every window. A quick walk to the beach and of course you need to go play miniature golf at Smugglers Cove!

Beautiful Views!

This corner condo had wonderful views from the master bedroom and the balcony! There were lots of beach items to use in the closet, and the condo was nicely decorated. We've stayed in other condos in this building, and this was the nicest thus far - brighter and more spacious than other units. We had a great vacation, despite the Red Tide issues!

Disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very happy with the management company.The unit was very clean and brigth. The furnishings are very old and shabby. The couch is very uncomfortable. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the place. The bathrooms need updating. There was no vacuum cleaner or electric sweeper and there wasn't even a floor mop. The kitchen was very cheaply equiped. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. The elevator was disgusting and smelt bad.

Stunning water views

Stunning views! Easily accessible and great location! Mattresses in guest bedroom not great for adults. Water views from all angles! Amazing sunsets from the front and intercontinental on the back. Th unit provided everything needed for a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Well taken care of condo. Beautiful views! With everything we needed

The moment we walked in we felt right at home. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our staycation. Beautiful balcony view. Had all accessories to all of the amenities. ie: tennis rackets, bikes, putt putt clubs, beach towels, etc... Just a few minutes of walking and your on the beach. Great location to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family of four

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location provided quick access to the white sand beaches and the bay view from the 7th floor allowed us to spot dolphins and manatee. It was a post card view from every window. The property was very clean and the management was very responsive in answering questions and offering support. It was everything that we needed.We enjoyed nightly sunsets, the pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, all the shops, an escape room, Busch Gardens, the Botanical Gardens, putt putt golf and feeding alligators. We had a list of things we didn't have time to complete. Next time we will need at least two weeks to see everything this location has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.
