What a nice location

Best location in Indian Shores, no traffic, no noise from roadway, yet very close to the beautiful beach. Beautiful pool, hottub, and view. The host is very helpful.

The location was FANTASTIC!! We would stay again. Pool area & grill was nice. The Beach was so easy to get to, beautiful spot, and not crowded at all. Everything was easy to access. There was a trolly that goes up & down Gulf Blvd and easy to use. Easy drive from Tampa Airport and quick stop to at Publix on the way there was perfect. The condo was just right. Nothing fancy, but everything you needed to relax on the beach and by the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen/living area was perfect. The view from balcony was actually nice, nothing fancy but still could see the water and a lovely breeze morning and evening. We would recommend this property. Thai was very responsive.

Family stay for vacation

Stayed for a week and had a great time. The condo is extremely close to the beach. Thai is extremely responsive to any needs you might have (we didn’t have any while we stayed but he was in contact with me before our stay about red tide which was very considerate). We’d definitely stay again.

Great Price, Nice Pool and Grilling area, Awesome location. Just a short walk to the beach. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. This place had everything we needed for kitchen bath,and Beach!

This was a perfect location, close to everything but tucked away in a quiet corner. The home was fabulous and we look forward to getting the opportunity to stay again soon.

Great location!

The property met our needs and had newer flooring than was even pictured in the listing. The location was perfect—maybe a 2-3 minute walk to the beach through the parking lot and across the street. The teenagers didn’t even complain about walking! LOL! The beach was beautiful and we could easily find a place to put our chairs and bags. We saw manatees while swimming, which was really cool! The pool was nice and not crowded when we were there. I would say the complex was maybe at about 1/3 capacity. There were beach chairs and some beach toys, balls, etc. to use. (Possibly left from previous renters—this was nice. 😊). There was also soap, toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags, even though we had brought our own there was extras of these items. We scheduled a food pickup order at Walmart in Largo and picked up our food and supplies on the way in from the airport—very convenient. Check-in and check-out was very easy and the condo was nice and clean. I would definitely suggest this to someone who is looking for a place in Indian Shores for 4 people. (2 bedrooms and 2 baths—beds seemed to be queen sized and were comfortable. There was a pull-out couch, but we didn’t use it.)

Thai immediately responded with any needs or concerns I had! The unit was clean but no frills.

I was happy over all! Thai was a good host. The unit was clean but no frills or great views. The location was close to everything you’d want! The pool was lovely and the other people staying there were very warm and welcoming.
