Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Beach Bungalow

Perfect place for a quick vacation with my husband. Walk out the back door right onto the beach. Nicely updated with everything you need. Can’t wait to come back.

Only one thing would make it even better

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. the thing that would take the ratings over the top would be to have new mattresses on pull out and regular bed. Our backs aren't great so that would have made it a bit better.

Great little beach place

Love the location, and the unit is cute and clean. Only drawback is there's only one parking space, but I understand given the small lot. Our third visit and we'll be back again!

Beautiful property, beach is right out the back door. Lots of beach amenities, very clean and updated. Would have liked better communication with on-site management but overall wonderful place to stay.

Good stay

Had a good stay at this property. So convenient to have the beach right behind the house. House had all the amenities we needed and is close to many restaurants / coffee shops. Beach is west facing so saw some beautiful sunsets as well. Fire pit was a bonus.

Awesome spot on the beach!

This is our first rental directly on the beach and it did not disappoint. The location is awesome with beach directly out your back door. We enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks. The unit was clean and tidy. It does get a little warm inside, so keep the shades drawn! (a ceiling fan would benefit the unit to keep things cooler). Would totally rent again!

Short stay

We stayed for just a few days after a week at Disney. The location was perfect! Literally just walk out the door and you’re on the beach. Everything was provided which made a trip after Disney ideal. I will definitely stay again!

wonderful beach getaway

The property was a perfect beach getaway in a perfect location. Very well kept and very nicely decorated. Only issue was the tub wouldn't drain, but property managers were very prompt and attentive in getting it fixed. The amenities of having kayaks and bikes on site for use was definitely a perk. Had a wonderful getaway, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return in the future. Thank you!

Nice

We enjoyed staying here but we would like to caution people who need to work remotely and do not have their own hotspot. The internet repeatedly kicked us off on our phones. We could only connect our computers in the unit and not outside on the beautiful patio. This did cause us to spend more time inside than we wanted to. For those who want to disconnect and spend time on the beach this place is perfect!

Beachfront Stay

This property was just as described. Literally steps from the beach and best of all semi private. There were very few people on the beach so my family was able to safely enjoy themselves. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful quiet property!

We enjoyed our stay in room 2! It was nice being right off the beach and having all the extras available to us. My only complaint was the temperature in the bedroom. We used two fans, one provided and one we had togp buy, and it was still uncomfortably warm at night. Understand thermostat restrictions but need to provide higher quality of fan to help with room temp or install a ceiling fan.

This is a perfect spot for a getaway! This little condo complex is private and within walking distance from good food and bars. If you want a quiet, clean, and calm place to stay this is the place!!!

It was perfect!

My daughter and I loved this place! It was very clean, well kept and lots of extras! We used the beach chairs, the bicycles and the ice machine. The bed was actually very comfortable. I was expecting in not to be from some reviews I read, but was pleasantly surprised and rested very well! I would definitely return! It was very relaxing!

Lots of fun

I really enjoyed the trip. The condo was exactly as described. I did read the reviews about the beds so I wasn’t surprised that they were terrible (which they really are awful) other than that everything was perfect. It’s small but I enjoyed being on the first floor walk out straight to the beach. Had the beds been better this would be a five star place for sure!

Perfect beach getaway!

Loved the room decor and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Just a few steps out the back door to a stretch of beautiful white sandy beach where we enjoyed some really amazing sunsets. Lots of extras available for use including kayaks, bikes, and beach chairs. Location is great with lots of great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the nature preserves and walking trails in the area. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again!

Nice vaction rental

Enjoyed our stay, condo and property are well maintained. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well kept and very accommodating. Only complaint I have is size of refrigerator and the bedroom do was annoying it would have been more functional had a pocket door or slider been installed.. The gas grills needs to be cleaned better. I had to break the grill down to clean heating elements. After that the worked fine. Wasn't thrilled with the property management company renting the property next door to a bunch of teenagers. They were playing music way too loud in the wee hours of the morning. Thank God they were only there for the weekend. I plan on staying again. I like the fact that the property is in the middle of the block so you don't have the public access people invading your space. So the beach is a lot less crowded.

Fifty-fifty - the pros and cons

I’m leaving a 3-star review because this place was just a 50/50. Positives: The ambience of the grounds are amazing! From the umbrellas to the kayaks provided, the grille, and fire pit with night string lights just make this place loveable! And being RIGHT on the beach is amazing! Did I mention that’s it’s pretty private so u feel right at home too...! Negatives: Mattresses are junk! U don’t sleep ON a mattress, u sleep INSIDE the mattress. It’s squishy and lumpy, both on the queen bed and the pull out couch. When u come to vacation - you want to feel rested. That’s why we leave our day-to-day lives. To come and get fully relaxed! Another thing is the shower head. Or lack of water pressure. Whatever it is - it’s not convenient standing so close to the front of the shower just to catch some water spray. On an ending note - I’d like to say we leave with our hearts full, happy memories made, and sunburnt! Florida has been good to us.
