We had a wonderful stay! The beach house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The balconies were our favorite spot—they offered beautiful views and were the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening. We also loved the kitchen area, which was spacious, well-equipped, and made cooking and gathering together so enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The views from both decks were incredible, and listening to the waves every morning and evening was so relaxing. Being less than 200 feet from the beach was a huge bonus—we could be on the sand in just a minute or two.The location was perfect. It was far enough away from the busy crowds to feel peaceful, but still just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and everything else Galveston has to offer.The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, nicely updated, and there was plenty of closet space for all of our things.Our host was fantastic! They were quick to answer my many questions before our trip and even let us check in early, which made our first day so much easier.We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. This place will definitely be at the top of our list the next time we’re in Galveston!

Overall: Check-in Process was bad and stressful. The house was nice with basic amenities. The check-in process was not great. They emailed me day-of asking for my photo ID and a photo of my credit card for verification. I didn't have the CC I used to originally book with me and they asked for other credit cards I had or bank statements showing I purchased. We were already on our way and it was very stressful going back and forth and I was very uncomfortable sharing that info via email and wasn't sure if they were going to cancel the booking without it.Around noon day of check-in, they also moved check in time from 3 PM to 4 PM with no warning or recourse. We were already on our way and arriving at 3PM with 2 little kids in tow. It was, again, stressful and everything on the VRBO website showed 3PM. Just an email from them (in small print) said 4. When I emailed back saying we were on our way, they just responded saying they could not guarantee the room would be ready.The house was nice with a great location for the beach. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and they had kitchen supplies to cook.
