This newly built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading and unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mud room with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully appointed modern kitchen with granite countertops, a washer/dryer within the unit, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40" flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.
The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a Queen sleeper sofa and dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, 42" TV, walk-in closet and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 36" TV, while bedroom three includes 2 Twin beds and a 32" TV. The downstairs bathroom offers double sinks with a shower/tub combo, and can be divided for privacy.

Hard to get better! Great location, well stocked, very comfortable. Clean and easy to stay at. Will definitely come back. Owners have done a good job in setting up for guests.
It was everything they said it would be.
The view form the living room is amazing. Easy access to the Mountain, and hot tub. It did snow all night, and while we were leaving. The parking garage made it so simple to get packed up, without having to dig through the snow.
It was truly spectacular. beautifully appointed, everything worked, great view and excellent location.
Gorgeous view but prominent gas smell
While the view made our stay enjoyable there were still a few things that dampened our experience as a whole.
PRO'S: View was picturesque. Coded and enclosed parking garage insured security. Jacuzzi location was just a few steps from the front door. Updated and beautiful interior.
CON'S: The first thing that we noticed besides the view was a strong gas smell. We called the property management and they ensured that it was not gas but was a common odor from water pipes. Not sure how water pipes smell like a gas leak but it made us feel uneasy during our stay. Also, we understand that this is a winter town and AC is usually not needed but this place got warm. The high's during the time we stayed was 81F outside and it reached easily 85F inside at the peak of the day. We found one table top fan in a closet which offered little relief. It would've helped if there were ceiling fans.
We would like to give this place another chance in the winter so that we can experience the ski-in/ski-out perk but hopefully the gas smell is resolved.
Excellent condo/Townhome and great location.
The VRBO rental was excellent. Perfect for a family getaway in August! The place was very clean, accommodating for a family of 6 with room to spare. The views were nice off to the east. You can see Crawly Lake in the distance.
The only down side is there isn't any BBQ grills at the condos, near the buildings site or near hottubs. That would have been a nice option to have.
Overall, I'd rent this unit again!! 5 stars from me and my family.
What a wonderful property ! Megan was super efficient, warm, and accommodating to our last minute change of plans. Clean property and amenities perfect ! One of our favorite vacation spots. Highly recommend.
