Quiet property ideal for the whole family with a full size enclosed swimming pool, and private tennis courts.
If you have a boat please bring with you. Enjoy easy access to the inner coastal with the boat ramp to the back of the property.
Come see why so many people make Pelican Inlet their home away from home. And you will enjoy all the amenities this condo offers.

The parking is right in front of the entrance door of the condo numbered.

Guest have access to pinic area with grills full size enclosed private swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Walking distance from 2 restaurants.
10 miles south of historic St. Augustine.

The B block is the one next to the pool and tennis courts and each parking spot is marked with the same number as the condo. This condo’s parking is right in front of the entrance door of the condo.

Pet friendly, but only ONE dog is allowed under 55 Lbs.
The association is very strict on this rule.

Please DO NOT start washing linen and towels with checking out. Gathering all used ones will help a lot.
DISHES:
Please clean/wash and packed away all dishes used.
SAND:
Please rinse and dry all the beach toys, chairs umbrellas. Use outside showers to rinse of any sand before entering the house.
