Esta era la joya de las villas previamente alquilados por Millennium Resort a tasas mucho más altas que ahora se cobra. Es nuevo en VRBO. La propiedad hermana al lado es de 5 estrellas, ya que estamos seguros de que esta será. Vas a estar cerca de todo Scottsdale, pero usted no querrá irse, y no tendrá que hacerlo. Moving to Scottsdale

My husband and I needed a place to live while our new house was being remodeled. This condo was perfect for our needs; large, great location central to everything in Scottsdale, and had a wonderful patio and view! Landlord was very accommodating and easy to deal with!

Great home on water with good space and great location

We went there for Waste Management Golf Tournament and Super Bowl. It was great home next to a golf course. Great parking and great space but even better location.

Great Place

We were looking for a 3 bed 3 bath unit for 3 adult family members on a bonding trip. This looked like it would work. Turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for. Perfect location, excellent property exactly as described. We could not have hoped for anything better.

Beautiful sunrises almost everyday!

Mark was very helpful whenever we had questions. The location and the property was great. The kids loved the heated oool! Plus Mark loaned us two bike and helmets to use! There were a few cleaning issues but Mark helped with that as well.! Thank you Mark! We all had a great time!

Yearly stay 2021

We had t teen girls, who were able to have their own room for school, and I still had my own office space. They were able to ride bikes and keep busy on these beautiful premises. We were also grateful for 3 full baths, Communication with the owner was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Serenity in Scottsdale

My husband and adult children stayed at this villa for a week and enjoyed it immensely. The property itself is spacious and well-appointed, providing more than adequate remote working space for 3 members of our party. The kitchen is well-stocked with all sorts of cooking utensils and equipment, which would be great for anyone who wants to make meals. We chose to make our breakfasts and lunches, and get "nice" takeout for dinners. We never went to the same restaurant twice, never went more than a couple of miles, and had fabulous dinners every night. Scottsdale never disappoints when it comes to food! The highlight for me was sitting on the back patio overlooking Lake McCormack and watching the amazing array of waterfowl, including Great Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, and a family of Black Crowned Night-herons nesting in a tree just next to the patio. So peaceful and relaxing! The owner was also extremely responsive to any and all communications. Without any hesitation, I would return to this lovely property.

Perfect relaxing get-a-way!

Location was awesome. Not only surrounded by great restaurants, but the bike paths were so accessible. Golf is close by and the villa is very private. Property is a bit dated but we plan to stay there again next year!

Family Wedding

This condo was PERFECT for our stay for a family wedding at the McCormick Ranch. We had every possible comfort of home, roomy, more than adequate for pop-in visitors and quiet at night! We will definitely consider renting this again in the future when we return to visit family. I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Great location, very accommodating owners!

We have stayed in these villas before so we somewhat knew what to expect - the location is great and the size of the villa is perfect for families. There is a ton of space, 2 living areas and nice patio off the back with a gorgeous view of the lake with the mountains in the background. Mark was very quick to respond to emails and graciously accommodated our late check out needs. He checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and there were lots of towels. The only negative I found was that there wasn't a full set of dishes/utensils so we were having to run the dishwasher frequently. Overall a beautiful property with great owners, we would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of attractive space for family gathering

We rented this home with cousins who live on the opposite side of the country. It was perfect for a weekend of visiting with family we are rarely able to see. There are many large, comfortable, attractive spaces for relaxed conversation on the patio, the living room/dining room and a family room. The living room/dining room is airy with comfortable furniture and big windows that look out onto a man-made lake that is just outside the patio. The early risers in our group were treated to gorgeous sunrises each morning through those windows. The pictures posted on VRBO are accurate. Although it is actually nicer in person. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to make meals for our group to enjoy. The owners even had the coffee pot ready to brew when we arrived. Everything was very clean. The bedrooms are spacious, attractively decorated and everyone had comfortable beds. There are three, clean bathrooms, each with a shower. The master bath has a large tub. There were plenty of towels. We did not use the washer and dryer. But they looked new and the owners provided some laundry detergent. The home is entirely on one floor. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores close by. The address is right on a major street. But the actual home is set far enough off of the road that there is no street noise. I only heard the ducks and geese from the pond. Some get up early to talk to each other. The owners were very quick with responses when I emailed questions.

This place is very comfortable spacious and bright, it really is a home away from home, spectacular views of the lake, i'm really looking forward to renting this place again , grocery stores and shopping is A few minutes away so convenient, The owners are nice and friendly showed us around the place very helpful ,definitely will recommend this to anyone coming to the Scottsdale area

We've been owners at 'The Shores' for 17 years. When our friends, the McDonalds, next door to our #31, put it on the market a year ago, we snapped it up. Now, when we are in Arizona, bunches of friends and family can come and enjoy both places.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It's perfect for people who are very active as well as those with mobility problems. There's good public transportation , but a car is recommended for access to all that the area has to offer. Did we mention this place is relaxing? There's a meditation open-air atrium within the villa.
Do your own cooking or laundry within or get it done for you nearby.
