The house had everything we needed for a family gathering - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room to gather and eat meals together. The larger bedroom with kitchenette and direct access to the back yard was perfect for us with our pups.

A wonderful place that had all the comforts of home and more. Check in was seamless, the property was spotless and the best supplied kitchens we've ever rented. Lots of space to spread out with 2 living areas with comfortable sofas. There is lots of seating for indoor dining and a large outdoor one as well. Seating in the spacious yard was abundant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to a minor faucet issue and it was handled the same day, just outstanding. Bedrooms/sleeping would be great for multi family/generational groups. Would rest again if we return to Scottsdale.

The house was clean and kitchen was well equipped making it easy to prep and cook meals. We had ample space for our group of 6 adults and one child. We appreciated that we had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each family. We ended almost each night enjoying the fire pit, or at the large kitchen table playing games.

Great for a family- lots of space!

The house was a perfect location, close to all areas of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Tons of space, very well equipped and amenities, games, desk for remote work, yoga mat, big new tvs. Well stocked fridge and pantry too! I would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Huge home, well stocked

This house was huge, plenty of room to sprawl out. The layout even promotes areas more sectioned off from eachother which could be helpful for large groups. Super well stocked, kitchen and back yard area were amazing, beds were comfortable, outlets everywhere- and most importantly it was super clean. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again. Host was super responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay for soccer tournaments!

This place was amazing. The hosts provide so much, make you feel at home and go above and beyond. I’ve yet to be at a house that was this accommodating. Beautiful kitchen and backyard and can fit a lot of people very comfortably. Highly recommend it for those wanting to stay in the Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert area. Great for soccer tournaments!!

COUSIN GOLF TRIP

Golf vacation

So me and two buddies from childhood do annual golf trip and picked Scottsdale for the golf. The home was more than enough for us. The big screen tvs to watch football, the comfortable beds were perfect. The home has every thing you need new washer and dryer, great open kitchen, great backyard to chill out in. Neighborhood was good and 7 miles from the airport. Definitely would rent again!

Boys weekend!

Everything was great with the house, it was clean and very well laid out, beds were super comfortable! HVAC system worked amazing! It was very nice, minus the fact that the fridge smelled of fish and was a terrible smell that made everything have that terrible smell.

Greta house with lots of room.

Booked a week long stay with some friend and lucked in getting this great house. Clean and open lots of room. 6 of us stayed with no issues. Well stocked, good and easy communication with the host. Neighborhood was quiet gas station and market minutes away and close to lots of Scottsdale amenities. We would definitely stay again!

The house itself was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations during the stay.The issue arose after checkout. We were contacted and accused of damaging a soap dispenser. We did not use the dispenser and did not knowingly damage it. The issue was not noticed during our stay and only raised after departure. Despite explaining this clearly, responsibility was still assigned to our group without any direct evidence of when or how the damage occurred.For future guests, it’s worth noting that post-stay charges may be assessed based on assumption rather than confirmation. While the property itself was fine, the handling of this situation detracted from the overall experience and would make us hesitant to stay again or recommend it.

A retaliatory review. Guest states they had a good stay but leaves a negative review because they don't want to take responsibility for an item that was damaged during their stay. Guest is incorrect that this was an accusation, an assumption by the host and there was no evidence. A picture of the damaged wall mounted soap dispenser that was taken 2 hours after their checkout was sent to the guest. The guest's story also changed, first stating none of the 7 guests used that shower. After informing the guest the cleaners reported it was dirty and they had to clean that shower, stated it may have been used. Finally admitted they used the shower but that they all brought their own soap so they didn't use the soap dispenser. The cleaners confirmed they refilled this soap dispenser at the cleaning the day they checked in and it there was no damage and reported it was broken on the day they checked out. They may not have intentionally damaged the item, but fact remains it was found damaged after they checked out and had to be replaced. On top of this, the house was very dirty and required additional time to clean on a same-day, 5-hr turnaround. Guests are not welcome back and would not recommend to other hosts.
