The cozy retreat features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With AC to keep you cool and a bathroom with a refreshing shower & an outdoor shower! you'll feel right at home. Relax in the living room or the awesome screen porch. enjoy the comfy futon for extra sleeping space. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. There is a large dock for your boat or jet ski during your stay. Boat launch is across the street and gas dock is around the corner. We offer paddle boats, kayaks & canoes for your enjoyment. The screened in porch offer insect free relaxing at night. There are 2 firepits with plenty of seating. The awesome outdoor deck has a gas grill & Blackstone griddle. Outdoor space is shared with fun and happy owners & 3 other units. Great for a large gathering when needed.
