Step back in time with a stay in one of the first cottages built on the beach. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on your private deck watching the waves. Thomas Donuts across the street offers a variety of breakfast pastries and sandwiches or take advantage of the equipped kitchen and cook your own.

When it's time to head to the beach, you're only a house and a street away from the sand. This section of public beach has no high-rises nearby so you can find your own space to enjoy the soft sand.

For a mid-day break from the sun, the large, covered patio is a great place for a lunch without sand in your SANDwiches.

When you're done with the sand, we have an outdoor shower to rinse off and plenty of places to hang up your wet items to dry for the next day. There is also a washer & dryer to ensure you have clean suits and towels. We provide detergent and dryer sheets.

The sunset from the upper deck is a beautiful way to wrap up the day. There is also a table and chairs if you'd like to enjoy your dinner al fresco.

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a new, comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bathroom, also with a standup shower, is off the main living space.

We welcome your four-legged doggy family, up to 2 dogs per reservation, pending breed and weight host approval. We do ask that for the sake of guests after you, no dogs on the couch or beds please. The additional $300 pet fee must be added to your reservation.

We have Electric Vehicle (EV) charging available to our guests with 40 amp service. It is provided at cost billed at checkout. Please let us know that you will need it so it can be activated for your stay.

Notes:

- There is an exterior video surveillance system in use as well as Amazon Alexa for your use for music and information.

- Key Lime Cottage sleeps 4 guests. You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for. Guests under 21 must be approved by host prior to booking.

- We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

- Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those items.

- Lastly, we also offer concierge airport pickup service and discounted photography sessions that can be arranged in advance. Please feel free to send us a message or text if you need any of these services arranged for you.
