Great house. Awesome host. The appears new and is very well appointed, comfortable beds and nice linens/towels. It’s far enough out that it feels secluded yet less than 10 minutes from town. The host is responsive and helpful. The house is well set up with nice coffee service and even some snacks. Very nicely done. Would definitely repeat.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Vrbo! From the beginning, the host stood out for being accommodating. Any questions or small requests we had were met with genuine attention and care, whether prior, during or after our stay. The house was well stocked with household items in the kitchen and bathrooms, even had extra amenities like snacks, coffee, salt, pepper, oil. It felt like they truly wanted us to have the best possible stay.Overall, this was a wonderful experience thanks to a thoughtful, attentive and highly responsive host. Why they chose this property

My family and I actually live in this same neighborhood, which is one of the biggest reasons I chose it for my short-term rental. We truly love it here. It’s peaceful, beautifully kept, and surrounded by hill country views. The location is incredibly centralized—close to everything in Marble Falls—while still feeling tucked away and relaxing. Some of our favorite parts of living here are the walking and hiking trails nearby, which make it easy to enjoy the outdoors any time of day. I’m excited for guests to experience the same things that make this neighborhood feel so special to me and my family.
