Live på sjön med din egen privata 23 'docka! Njut av utsikten hisnande varje dag från övre och nedre våningen har utsikt över sjön och HSB Yacht Club.

Vackert inredda och renoverade Tri-nivå stad hem väntar din ankomst med två boningshus (lägre och huvudnivåer) att låta din familj att sprida ut och slappna av. Väggmonterad platt-TV med kabel, DVD-spelare och hög hastighet trådlöst internet på alla nivåer. Nedre vardagsrummet öppnar sig till privata däck och brygga, båt samtidigt som den erbjuder en läsk kylskåp, ett vin kylskåp, bar diskbänk och granit mot rymden för att ge sjö levnads den bästa sorten. En fullständig bad, full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare gör det enkelt att njuta av sjön utan att gå upp och ner för trappor. De viktigaste nivå matsal och vardagsrum erbjuder breda sjöutsikt och övre däck är inredd med utemöbler och en gasolgrill. Köket är öppet till matsalen med granit bänkskivor, diskmaskin, omhändertagande, mikrovågsugn och Keurig. Övre plan har två sovrum med badrum. Sovrummet har en king size säng, full byrå och utsikt över sjön. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och två våningssängar.

Full vattensporter hyror (pontonbåtar, skidor båtar, vattenskotrar, rör, etc.) är 5 minuter bort. Fyra Wheeling lägenheter är inom 20 minuter. Horseshoe Bay är 45 minuter nordväst om Austin, "levande musik huvudstad i världen", som nu också är värd Formel 1 och ännu mer levande musik (om möjligt). Det finns extraordinära vingårdar i närheten som Texas Hill Country vinregion är den näst största i landet. San Antonio (River Walk) är en 90 minuters bilresa. En lokal vatten park är 5 minuter (Granite Park), men om du vill ha större, kommer en 60 minuters bilresa tar dig till Schlitterbahn Water Park i New Braunfels.

A real vacation

We came for the eclipse, but that wasn't the only great view. Looking out over the lake was so relaxing. The three levels gave us space to be private and space to be together. Loved it.

Perfect lake view

Great getaway

This was our second time to stay here. The condo is in a great location and has everything needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We took our boat and it was nice to have a place right out of the back door to tie up to that is assigned and not first come first serve. I would definitely recommend staying here. We plan on going back again

Relaxing stay right on the lake

This is a lovely townhome with incredible views of the lake. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had a good supply of cooking utensils and dishes. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We loved the location and the decks.

Perfect Location and Property for Weekend (or longer) on Lake LBJ

Everything about the property was fantastic with the whole weekend made seamless due to excellent information leading up to our stay and then communication from Mike throughout. The townhouse has three great levels and is located right on Horseshoe Bay with its own dock. Perfect for my wife and I and our dog, but definitely big enough for more people / families. We will definitely be back!

Better than photos!

The location, the whole set up is top notch. Very clean, comfy beds, full stocked kitchen and excellent communication with check in process made this stay an easy 5 stars! We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the outdoor space but it too is awesome. If you are considering this property do yourself a favor and book it now before someone else does.

Hard to improve upon

This townhouse with its views and amenities are hard to beat. We loved everything about it. Plus the owners couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable and they have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely come back next year!

Wonderful and relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing time here! We felt so comfortable and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. Mike made it so easy and provided super helpful recommendations and tips. The outdoor deck was awesome and the seating was great - perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake views. We really appreciated Mike letting us use the paddleboard, water mat, and floating seats. He has plenty of life jackets too. The area that the condo is in is super nice and safe. We enjoyed taking walks around the gorgeous resort area and homes. There was plenty of free parking right out front. We really loved this area and our trip as a whole, so we definitely hope to rent this condo again soon.

“Lake Fun”

Stayed at this condo for 4 beautiful days! The condo was very well stocked and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable and we were able to dock our boat right outside the bottom door which was wonderful! The location is in a nice cove within yards from HorseShoe Bay Resort. We sat outside on the second balcony and listened to live music from the resort one night! The kids also caught fish right off the beautiful new dock. Michael the owner was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed or questions we had. We will definitely be planning another trip and staying at this condo! Thanks again for a fantastic time!

Awesome time!!

Our stay at Horseshoe Bay for Father’s Day weekend was everything we could hope for. The communication with the owner Michael was a definite plus and he checked on us to make sure we were having a good time. The townhouse that we stayed in had plenty of room for our two adult sons and their girlfriend’s. With four bathrooms and 3 levels we had more than enough space. Loved the view and the boat dock, spent our 3 evenings cooking in and listening to our music on the deck looking out on beautiful Horseshoe lake. If you chose this rental prepare for an awesome memorable experience!!😃

Perfect stay in primo location -- what a find!

We can't rave enough about our brief getaway to the lake, and this townhome was a perfect choice in every way! First, location, location, location: • It’s an easy one hour drive from Austin to your personal parking space just steps from the front door. • The townhome is positioned in the most desirable, central location on the cove – the lake views are spectacular. • Horseshoe Bay resort is so attractive and offers many amenities, all within a short walk. Be sure to check their special events calendar -- there's often something fun going on! • There are plenty of options for groceries, gas and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We tried Julie Cocina's (solid Tex-Mex) and the historic Blue Bonnet Cafe (a don't miss!) in addition to enjoying resort dining and eating Opie's takeout on our own balcony (terrific BBQ joint in Spicewood if you drive Hwy 71 to the lake). Second, the townhome itself is wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the outdoor living spaces -- the lower patio and boat dock put you right on the water, and the vistas from the upper balcony (with retractable awning) are fabulous. Inside, the two living areas are great for hanging out, and the kitchen is well-stocked with the usual appliances, dishes, pots, etc. for cooking in. The new, full-size washer and dryer are a bonus! Third, the owners made everything from initial inquiry to arrival stress-free. All communications were prompt and clear, and we particularly appreciated all of the helpful information offered. All in all, we loved our stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks for sharing your lakehome with us!

Great location for family with young kids!!

This is our second time staying here and definitely won’t be our last! Number one reason why we loved staying here is because the water is so close! The kids can just jump right in without having to walk a very far distance. Another reason is the water level next to the dock is low enough for the kids to be able to walk around and find “treasures” and tiny fish!! The lily pad that the owners provide kept our kids entertained for hours!

Weekend Getaway

Great house in a great location next to HSB resort. Perfect size for a small group. Views are outstanding, well maintained and fantastic communication with owner. We had so much fun and will be back.
