neighborhoods, this spacious, light-filled retreat offers a perfect home base for your Bay Area
adventures. From the moment you arrive, you will feel welcomed by the warm, relaxed
atmosphere.
Enjoy the convenience of a central location as well as free off-street parking: stroll to Golden
Gate Park which is less than 2 blocks away, hop on the N-Judah streetcar to downtown, Oracle
Park or the beach, take the bus or drive to the Golden Gate Bridge, and explore all the vibrant
neighborhoods and scenic spots on both sides of the park with ease.
The Space
This large, bright and thoughtfully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably
accommodates up to 8 guests, with one King bed, two Queen beds, and two Full beds. Two
bedrooms have a desk and chair for ease of working from home. The fourth bedroom has two
full beds, perfect for groups who prioritize flexible sleeping space. Approximately 1800 sq. ft.
(165 sq. m).
The sun-filled living and dining room offers a place to relax with two sofas, a full-size dining
table, and flat-screen TV, while the open kitchen has a nook to enjoy breakfast and is fully
equipped for preparing meals. The kitchen includes three types of coffee devices, a dishwasher,
full-size refrigerator, microwave, and a 4 burner cooktop and oven.
You will be just steps from more than 30 local cafes, bakeries, shops, grocery stores, boba tea
shops, and restaurants. Unwind in the greenery at Golden Gate Park, and explore its botanical
gardens and museums. Convenient access to public transportation makes it easy to reach the
UCSF Medical Center, the Moscone Center for conventions, downtown San Francisco, Oracle
Ballpark, and iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Ocean
Beach. A perfect location for attending events at San Francisco State, USF, or UCSF.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules. We truly
appreciate your understanding.
Guest access
This is the main floor of a two-unit home. You will have access to the whole upper floor of the
house, and to the washer and dryer in the garage downstairs, which is shared with the downstairs
unit. An interior stairway leads from your unit down to the garage level. Two lockable doors
separate your space from the downstairs apartment for added privacy. The apartment at the
garage level has exclusive use of the garden.
To access the unit, you will need to walk up at least 12 stairs from the street level.
One designated parking space is available in front of the house. Parking is side-by-side with the
owners unit downstairs (Please refer to the house photo for reference.)
Other things to note
The N Judah streetcar runs just half a block away and passes approximately every 10 minutes
until around midnight.

-No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
-Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am
-No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies)
-Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
-Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
-Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If electricity & gas go over a total of $100 and water & trash go over a total of $50, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, we wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
-Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, we have small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...should be flushed down the toilet)
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-On check-out, if the property has a key, return it to the lockbox. There is a fee for misplaced keys, or for keys left in the unit.
