Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen sits at the center of the home, fully stocked and ready for groups who like to cook or snack throughout the day. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool, making it an easy spot to gather for coffee while the kids play outside. The dining room seats eight comfortably, keeping everyone connected at mealtime.

Primary Suite

The primary bedroom sits on its own side of the home for privacy. French doors open directly to the pool for easy morning dips or late swims. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double sinks.

Guest Bedrooms

Across the house, the guest bedrooms are arranged together and offer flexible sleeping options for families and groups. The second bedroom opens to the pool. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The bunk room includes a full bed, twin bed, and a twin bunk above.

Game Room / Bedroom Five

The fifth bedroom doubles as a game room with a smart TV, a pull-out queen sofa, and a collection of games and puzzles for downtime between beach trips.

Outdoor Living

Outside, the screened lanai becomes the heart of the stay. The private pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and an umbrella for shade, and the fenced backyard adds privacy for families. The gas fire pit is perfect for relaxed evenings, while the gas grill makes outdoor meals easy. Corn hole, pool toys, and bikes keep both kids and adults entertained.

The garage is open for guest use and stocked with everything you need for a beach day, from chairs and umbrellas to an ice chest and sand toys. A high chair is stored here as well.

Our nightly rate is based on up to 6 guests. To keep pricing fair for smaller groups while covering additional usage, a small per-guest rate applies for guests 7–10.

A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required after booking.

Please note: For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

★ Garage is available for 1 vehicle or motorcycles only (1 to 3 max)
★ Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking. Please ask ahead of time for storage options. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
★ Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.

★ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
★ We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.
★ If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Air purification to remove odors
  ★ Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state
★ Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone.
