Magnificent. I can't believe how amazing both clubhouses and 4 pools are. I've stayed here many times with the same company and I am always highly impressed with everything in the condo and in the 2 sister communities. Everything was very peaceful & quiet & I always felt safe in and out of the community. Lots of great walks nearby and I have always loved Pinnacle Peaks hikes. We've stayed here 3 times prior and love the close communication that is always provided by the managers. We even booked 2 different condos from the same company as our friends stayed at the other condo at the same time. Tons of room in both condos and we could have shared one, but it was nice to have our own place. It's the same price (or cheaper) than a hotel but you get 1300 sq feet and not 450 sq feet. It's much quieter and safer than a hotel and I never have to worry about bed bugs which are usually a problem at hotels. The deck was so lovely that I could have just stayed there all day listening to the birds, checking out the view, and rocking in the chair. Lots was provided (toilet paper/paper towel, soap, linens etc) so we did not have to purchase much except for food. The only sad part was that there was a storm during our stay and we could not hike that one day. Regardless, I highly recommend using this company any time to stay in North Scottsdale and Grayhawk. We have stayed at other locations over the last 20 years but we are very happy to come back to the same condo & company year after year!
