When you book, you’re provided with a spacious 6-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home overlooking and direct access to Robinhood Cove. The home is entirely private to you during your stay, with full use of indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, you’ll enjoy a large wraparound porch with stunning cove views, a seasonal deep-water dock, with 2 kayaks and a paddleboard, a quiet waterfront sitting area with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, and a stone patio with a Solo Stove firepit. Off-street parking accommodates 5–6 vehicles.
The Exterior includes:
•DIRECT ACCESS TO ROBINHOOD COVE: This home is directly on the cove and the waterfront access is not shared. Looking down at the cove from the house you will walk across Indian Point Rd to get to the cove.
• SEASONAL DEEP-WATER DOCK: Installed around late May and removed around mid-late September. During this time, guests can enjoy 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard.
• WATERFRONT SITTING AREA: You'll find Adirondack chairs in a private setting overlooking the cove —ideal for soaking in the peaceful waterfront atmosphere.
• LARGE WRAP-AROUND PORCH: With stunning views of Robinhood Cove, perfect for morning coffee, relaxing evenings, or watching the sun set over the water. Chairs are provided to enjoy the scenery, and you’ll also find beach chairs and life jackets for the kayaks and paddleboard stored here.
• BBQ GRILL: Charcoal grill is available year-round. Kept in the garage and can be moved outside when ready to use—perfect for cookouts with friends and family.
• FIREPIT: Solo Stove available year-round. Enjoy the stone patio with seating and cove views. Guests are provided with 2 bundles of firewood—perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.
• PARKING: Off-street parking accommodates 5–6 vehicles, making it easy for larger groups to arrive comfortably.

The Main Level includes:
• KITCHEN: Fully updated gourmet kitchen with induction stove, large island, and small eat-in nook, fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, spices, coffee, and tea kettle—ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family meal.
• FORMAL DINING ROOM: plenty of space for group meals or celebrations.
• LIVING ROOM #1: Relax here with stunning views of Robinhood Cove or enjoy a movie on the pull-down projector screen.
• SUN PORCH: This is located directly off the living room with the pull-down projector screen. Enjoy the pair of "Barcaloungers" and view of down the cove here.
• LIVING ROOM #2: Relax on the sofa with the electric fireplace, perfect for reading, conversation, or winding down.
• FULL BATHROOM: Complete with a large walk-in shower and washer and dryer available for guest use.
The Second Floor includes:
• KIDS ROOM/OFFICE: Comes with Roku TV, board games, desk, and chair—cozy spot for children or a quiet workspace

Guest has access to the whole Interior and Exterior of the property, nothing is shared.
Other things to note Prior to checking out please triple check to make sure you have all your personal belongings. It's a common occurrence for personal items to be left behind. We are happy to ship them out to you, we just ask that you please cover the cost of shipping and a $5 fee that goes directly to our housekeeper for her time. Thank you in advance!
