This Viking Lodge condo offers the comfort and privacy of a private home! With a contemporary mountain feel, tons of space, and a 900 square-foot outdoor area facing the San Miguel River and River Trail, this ground-floor condo offers prime location and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home during your stay in Telluride. You'll be just a short walk from the slopes, just 4 minutes from Lift 7 and 5 minutes from the gondola and Lift 8.

FIRST FLOOR
The ground floor of this condo offers a spacious great room with gas fireplace and plenty of seating and a dining table for six with french doors opening to the deck and River Trail. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped open kitchen. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer on this level too.

SECOND FLOOR
Beautiful views from the upstairs bedrooms will have you at peace during your stay. Guest bedroom with Queen Bed with a double nook for cozy sleeping, guest bedroom two has twin beds that can be converted to king upon request. Shared bathroom on this level.

STUDIO
​​​​​​​Back on the ground level, the 4th bedroom is essentially its own self-contained studio, privately connected to the front section of the condo. This suite is perfect for a couple with a baby who may be getting up in the middle of the night, or for grandparents who might like to enjoy a quiet cup of tea in the morning. This bedroom has a queen bed, plus bunk beds. The bunks can be folded up out of the way if they are not needed, or the bottom bunk can be left folded down to serve as a sofa. It also has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, cook top, toaster, coffee makers, sink and basic amenities for meals such as plates, bowls and silverware. The suite also has an en suite bathroom with a rain shower.

The complex also offers Hot Tub(year round) and heated pool (summer only) - Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

This was the perfect house for 4 couples, has two master suites and then a shared bathroom. The location was awesome, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to and the open concept kitchen living room was perfect for when we were all just hanging out. Such a convenient location! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Common areas were wonderful, and I’ll say it again- location can’t be beat! Easy access to both chair 7 and the gondola for skiing, gondola to mountain village for a change of scenery/nice dinner out, and a quick beautiful walk to town on the trail or normal roads for bars, cute breakfast spots, shops, restaurants, etc.

Great Location! Located on the river with walking path to town/gondola. Easy access to chair 7 lift. Clarks Market 5 minute walk. Wine/liquor store across the street. No need to have a car. We loved being able to walk into town for dinner in the evenings. Condo was clean and very well presented by the photos. Hosts were very responsive by text with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding customer service!

The condo was great but there were extenuating circumstances that needed to be addressed. EX:Construction adjacent to and outside unit, parking difficulties, pool being demoed. The owners and management company were extremely communicative and offered us a discount for the inconvenience and were very easy to work with. We were grateful for their empathy. We would return for sure.

This is actually two units. One main door coming in, then a master to the right and rest of unit to left. Very well equipped and taken care of. Lots of light and room. We had a fantastic stay. No issues. Very close to lifts. Not ski in ski out but darn close to it.

Envy of our friends!

We had the most wonderful stay here over the 4th of July weekend. The condo has an incredible, huge deck right on the river. We grilled out for lunch everyday & watched the action on the river trail. We never wanted to leave the condo!! The kids were in the pool the whole time, which is right next to the condo. We walked everywhere & never needed the car. Georgie & Mindy were so helpful & easy to deal with. We will be back in beautiful Telluride as soon as we can!!

Telluride getaway

My friends and I came to Telluride for the Telluride Mountain Run and we had a great time staying at the Viking Lodge. There was plenty of room for a group of 8 adults. The location of the property was perfect for exploring the town of Telluride and the nearby trails, with no driving necessary. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location and comfy setting

Master king is heaven with river babbling just outside windows. Unfortunately 1/3 of other windows were broken so cooling off other bedrooms was difficult. A contractor checking on property said they would be replaced in September. Location is ideal! Sitting on deck, watching walkers, runners and bikes go by and letting little ones play in grass was perfect spot for evening cocktails. Easy to gondola and anything in town. Kitchen had every device needed for grilling lampchops and burgers, et al. Not enough mugs though, only about 9; so had to wash a lot. Would not have been enough for 12 as listed. Washer and dryer means packing less items. Yeah! Would highly recommend to others!

The Viking lodge was perfect for our 2 families (11 of us). Roomy, huge deck, river and Mountain View’s, right on the walking trail to gondolas, hikes, town, and the park. Condo was well stocked & the staff was quick to get back to us with our questions. We hope to be back next year!!

This location was perfect. An easy walk or short ride on the free bus to get to the gondola and mountain village or downtown telluride strip. The accommodations were great; plenty of sleeping options and space for a large group.

We had a great time in Telluride & staying at the Viking Lodge! So convenient for everyone to everything! We had the older guys, younger guys and the girls and everyone had the luxury of being close to whatever they wanted to do & when. We were all very comfortable and it was a great place to get together. Hot tub & pool were right there! David & Georgie were very responsive when needed!! We couldn't fit a big guy in the upstairs alcove, but they were comfortable on the bunk in the apt. so it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation at Lodging in Telluride

We stayed at Lodging in Telluride in August and chose Viking Lodge 100A and 100B. We were a group of 9 and that worked out perfectly. The condo is spacious, lovely, and very comfortable. The condo is well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the deck facing the river and river trail. The free bus stops outside and the grocery and gondola are a short walk away. We have rented this condo over the years and it's a good feeling to know that Georgie and David are there to help. We can always count on the same great stay that we have come to know!

Coming home to Telluride

We had a wonderful stay in our home away from home with our older daughter's family of four and friends of her's with their family of four. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and the accommodations were great. Two of the children slept in the "cubby" which is always a popular place to bed down at night. Our daughter's friends loved it and look forward to coming back again.

Awesome property--short walk directly to Coonskin Lift and able to ski back within 100 yards of Unit. Very clean, everything worked perfectly and had plenty of space for 4 couple to enjoy a nice 4 day weekend at Telluride.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
