Welcome to The Satellite Hotel! This historic Hi-Rise Building has a fabulous Retro architectural style that came from its construction in the early 70’s. The common areas have been updated to accommodate to all of today’s comforts while still giving you glimpses of days past. This building began as a premium Hotel and Condominium complex geared towards those that wanted to live every day in the resort lifestyle- today it hosts many privately owned Condos all with their own unique décor & personality!
This beautiful condo with modern decor is built for romance and luxury! When you walk through the front door you're greeted by the large, open living area. There's a cozy TV nook to snuggle up in front of the GIANT electric fireplace and watch a movie. The smart TV will stream all your favorite apps and shows, but turning the fireplace on at night is its own show with how it shimmers against the stone tile wall and glass inside of it.
The larger seating area is perfect for entertaining and offers living art on all the exterior walls due to the views! There are several sliding doors in the living area which lead out to the private corner balcony with seating and a dining table with a built-in gas fire pit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils, basic spices... anything you'll need to throw dinner together. Little luxuries you'll find here are a drinking glass washer worthy of a professional bar, and a smaller faucet at the kitchen sink that is connected to its own water purifier and even dispenses refrigerated water! The dishwasher is hidden and blends in with the cabinets… but it's there!
The guest half bath is directly across from the TV nook and has a high-end bidet with a motion sensing lid to greet you!
A bad night's sleep can mess up even the best of vacations, so your comfort was made a priority in the bedroom. The king size mattress is wonderfully plush for you to snuggle down into. Black out curtains pull completely closed to cover the entire length of the wall of windows which also leads out to the balcony. Behind the bed you'll find a giant walk-through closet with plenty of storage space!
When you look over to the open master bath, you'll immediately be drawn to the two-person shower with a Jacuzzi Tub, and so many sprayers that it looks like it should be a sci-fi space pod. Go ahead... push all the buttons and see what happens! (Just close the doors first, please! ;) There's also a double vanity, a towel warmer, and another bidet with a "bun warmer"! All bedding and towels will be clean and waiting for you, all you need to bring is your personal items!
This location is also home to many small (and CONVENIENT!) businesses such as a Salon, a Café, and a Restaurant & Lounge for the nights that you're just not feelin' it and want to grab a quick dinner & drink or to play some games and socialize.
The Seasonal Heated Pool, Dry Sauna & Fitness Center are additional perks you’ll enjoy during your stay with us! The central location keeps all commute times in our city to right around 30 minutes and provides you a great starting point for any sight or adventure you choose to explore for that day!
The private covered balcony boasts stunning views of our beautiful Colorado skies-as well as city & mountain views and of the Valley Hi Golf Course next door! The scenery in all directions is so exquisite that I’m betting you'll find yourself spending the majority of your time lounging there! This home offers the best of both worlds with the amenities of a hotel & resort, and the cleanliness and personalization of a privately owned home!
Time has evolved this landmark into its own small community filled with pride & friendliness- if you’re here more than a couple of days then you’ll find the people here will start to know your name and say good morning over your coffee!

Security Cameras are located in the public areas of the building and lobby. They are on and operational. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon your expectations of privacy in the public areas of this property. There is also a video doorbell located at the front door of the Condo itself.
