The Zuma Bungalow on Carbon Beach

Zuma Bungalow (650 +/- Sq Ft) is located right on the beach. It features a spacious, private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, hotel grade linens, HD 4K Smart TV and a well-appointed bathroom. The living area includes a fireplace, queen-size pullout sofa-bed (sleeps 2), HD 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Sound Bar, and a dining table that seats 4. The spacious kitchen provides everything needed for gourmet meal preparation and has a bar type counter that seats 2. This Bungalow is beautifully decorated to complement and highlight the stunning ocean front views. Experience magical sunsets, the rhythm of crashing waves, and unobstructed ocean views all from the privacy of your own furnished deck. All Bungalows enjoy private beach access, free wireless internet and one Free on-site parking space.

Beautiful waterfront condo

If you like ocean waves, great views and great location, this place is for you! Not kidding when i say this place is on the beach. Gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here. It's close to restaurants, shopping and most important, the beach is right at your tiptoes. Very clean and romantic for a couple too.

Beautiful space in the best location! Awesome beach front especially during low tide. Walking distance to the Malibu pier and Nobu. Chilly night with all the windows closed and could still still hear the ocean waves.💗

If you are looking to stay right on the beach, this is your place! We had a great time here but wanted to emphasize that this place is almost exclusively about the view. At this price point, we perhaps naively expected it to be a nicer than it was (there were no rugs, the pans were cheap, knives dull, no dishwasher, etc.). It was clean and generally "fine" to be sure and at a lower price point we would be raving about it. If you are expecting something like the Ritz or Four Seasons, this is not it. But the view and location are just as advertised.

Weekend in Malibu

The location is awesome. As advertised is right in the sand. However, the property is run a little run down. It desperately need some TLC. The water faucet in the kitchen leaks when opened. The bathroom sink was plugged and accumulating water. When I called the manager he offered to send someone on the day we left, so the sink was not fixed while we were there.

Can’t beat the view

Property was right on the water which was really important to us. Interior is a bit dated, but functional. Loved the fireplace as we needed it because in the evening it was cooler than usual. So happy there was a soft fluffy throw blanket to use, too. Only issues we had were, the A/C unit remote needed new batteries, the dining light feature needed a new bulb (the light does not really brighten the room) and the Sonos did not work. We replaced what was needed and let property management know Sonos didn’t work, but no solution was provided other than what the instructions already explained. Good thing we brought our own wireless speaker! Because we went there to unwind and relax, the property’s simplicity fit the bill. Overall, a very nice spot.

Perfect ocean-front location

My husband and I had the perfect vacation staying in this beachfront suite. It’s location is stunning. You can hear the waves breaking beneath you. Check in is easy. The suite is clean, and had everything we needed. We found restaurants, bars, local beaches and food stores, really easily, just a few minutes away. We spent 10 days here but could have easily stayed for longer. It was exactly what we needed.

Perfect little getaway on the beach

Bungalow 10 was exactly as described. A small little place right on Carbon beach with access. The place was older but well maintained and was perfect for a couple or small family. The beach access is relatively easy when the tide is low which allows a nice walk looking at the magnificent beach homes on Billionaire’s Beach. There’s restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and anything else you need very close by. I would rent here again if ever needing a place in Malibu.

Beautiful beach bungalow.

Excellent place with views to die for. Panoramic sunrise and sunset, sounds of the waves, ocean breeze, this place was perfect. The place was clean and all basics provided. The host was very responsive to all my queries. Would love to come back in the summers. Supriya.

There is no better beach in continental USA than Carbon Beach in Malibu and this accommodation was the gateway to all the wonderful things available. Housing was clean, bed comfortable, parking easy and plenty of room for my husband and me. When I had to get in touch with Cruz, the manager, he was timely, quick and resolved everything to my satisfaction. We will be back
