Beautiful location. I originally booked a day off in error, and they were super helpful in accommodating me and getting everything I needed. Stay was great and just steps to the beach. Exactly as described and had no issues at all. Would definitely stay again!

This was a clean, sensible property with close beach access. It was well furnished and comfortable with plenty of space for 4-6. If anything could be improved, it would be the couches and blinds, they were definitely a bit worn and in need of repair in some cases

Joseph — thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about South Beach. We’re happy the home felt clean, comfortable and well furnished, with easy beach access and plenty of room for your group. We appreciate the note about the couches and blinds and will review options to refresh those details. We’d love to welcome you back to South Beach in the future.

Fantastic place to stay! Everything you need except food and clothing! They even have rain gear!! Literally a couple minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Parking is close, safe, and spacious. I’m so glad I tried it. I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and in a great location close to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.A couple of minor issues: the refrigerator had a strong odor when we arrived. Also, while doing laundry and vacuuming, we must have tripped a breaker because the lights in the opposite bedrooms stopped working. Unfortunately, I had to sleep one night without my CPAP because of it. Aside from those issues, we had a great experience and would recommend this home.

Brittney, thank you for responding and for choosing South Beach. We’re glad the home matched the photos, was very clean, and that the location made your beach plans easy. We appreciate you letting us know about the refrigerator odor and the breaker that left some bedroom lights off and affected your CPAP use; our team has had maintenance address the refrigerator and inspect the electrical so future guests enjoy an uninterrupted stay. It means a lot that you’d stay again and recommend the home — we’d love to welcome you back.

The house was very pet friendly, although the backyard is not completely fenced to contain a dog. The accessibility to the beach and location to town is great!

Thank you so much for your kind words about the home being very pet friendly. While the backyard offers plenty of space for your dog to explore, it isn’t fully fenced, so we recommend keeping a close eye on your pup during outdoor playtime. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this. We’re also glad you appreciated the easy access to the beach and the convenient location near town. It’s truly a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

This place was really clean! Great little duplex, 2 minute walk to the beach. You cant see the ocean from the residence but its a short walk. Pretty private since noone was in the other duplex for our stay. Only a five minute drive to Garibaldi, where you can crab and clam. Super cute!

The property was just over the dunes from the beach…exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect space for the 3 of us. If we were going to Rockaway Beach again, I would try to rent this same property.
