The Space:

Welcome to Jetty Oar Knot — enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this house in Nedonna Beach. This spacious three-bedroom home with an open loft comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, including a private bedroom off the garage—perfect for families or groups of friends. With three king beds, one queen, and one twin, everyone has space to rest and recharge. Two full bathrooms and a well-stocked kitchen make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Coastal décor throughout the house is fun, airy, and inviting, creating a laid-back space designed for connection and comfort after a day at the beach.



Step outside to enjoy the private back patio with a fire pit, or unwind in the seven-person hot tub under the coastal sky. Located just five blocks from the beach, you’re minutes from seven miles of sandy shoreline stretching south toward Rockaway Beach, the scenic jetty at the Nehalem River Jetty, and the spectacular surrounding forests of Nedonna.



Surrounding highlights include the town of Rockaway Beach just two miles south. Other wonderful nearby coastal towns include Wheeler, Nehalem, and Manzanita. All are a short drive away and offer delicious coastal fare, charming local shops, and stunning sightseeing opportunities.

Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. 7 minute walk to what feels like a private beach. Great central location for activities and beaches from Tilamook to Astoria. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

We loved the house and location! The game room was a huge hit for my children! Super clean and nice. The only downside is it was HOT and it didn't have AC but other then that it was perfect!!

Great vacation

The house had a lot of room. We loved the quit neighborhood and only a couple blocks from beach. We enjoyed the hot tub ( also had a lot of room ) and the fire pit was nice the only thing that bummed me out was the grill did not work properly but was no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Great Price and Great Value

This is the perfect property if you want to go to the beach and have adults as well as children who need their own space. The garage conversion as a kid's zone is awesome! The house had everything we needed and great atmosphere.

Jetty Oar Not stay

Quiet little neighborhood, perfect for a small getaway. Beautiful jetty extremely close, was able to see some seals over there. House was very welcoming and comfortable, cute little walking trail to a creek in the backyard.

Just lovely.

Great location! The bedroom out in the garage was a perfect getaway from the house hustle. The bikes were awesome as well! There's no ping pong table which was a bummer, but the foosball was fun.

Excellent Rental

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. LOTS of space for guests, potential for two maybe even three families. Nice amenities from television to hot tub to bikes and foosball table. Very close to beach and in a quiet tidy paved neighborhood. We loved it. We will book again if we can.

There was plenty of parking for the boat and the house and property were great. We had a good time in the game room playing ping pong. The house had all necessary utensils and supplies.

Cozy, quaint, beach home

Once the house warmed up, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the kitchen was stocked. I was able to host Thanksgiving dinner for my Grandparents are flying out of Alaska. Vacasa has great employees who are skillful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Ree Ann

Excellent local! Great for groups. Great for gathering, and plenty of private rooms for down times. Only downfall was the heat. Until they install screen doors on all exits for ventilation (the main house has only 2 little bitty opening windows in the kitchen- horrible design), I would only recommend staying here in the cooler weather. Anything above 75 outside makes the inside miserable! If they installed screen doors, then I would rate this a 5 star place!

Rockaway get away

Outside lighting by patio needs improvement,,and there was small tree branches all over hot tub cover and deck. Kitchen towels did not smell very good at all.

Weekend Get Away

The house met all our needs, we were a big groupd with kids varying in age from 6 months to 7 years old. The location and variety of acti ities around the house (ie. Hottub, fire pit, outside area, etc.) Were great for all of us. I would definately stay here again and recommend. I couldnt give a 5/5 because when we arrived (with an early check in) there was still laundry in the washing machine/ dryer, beds weren't made and a while room wasn't even cleaned. It was over all dusty/ dead bugs in the towels downstairs and windows and not the cleanest it could be.

Nice Spot, But Needs Some Attention

Location was great, close to a nice beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The living area is set up nicely for people to spread out, but still be together. Fire pit out back was perfect, as well as the hot tub off the master bedroom. The house could use a deep cleaning, especially the kitchen cabinets (inside & out). The kitchen is not stocked with basic cooking tools, examples are no measuring cups or whisks. Garbage was never picked up, and we stayed a week... Some attention to detail would make this rental an A+!

Vacasa

The management company changed check time by 2 hours from listing and check out time 1 hour before the listing. This company has terrible customer support and they have a bad reputation. You may not want to work with them. Google reviews are horrible too.
