Cute comfortable place with plenty of things to do near by

Our family has a great time here, there's the beach and a park really close and the living room has just enough room for us to play dance games together. Kitchen is small but good and would recommend bringing a folding trey table for outside as it's beautiful and has chairs aa

When our family goes to the coast, the highest priority is easy of access to the beach. We were less than a 2 minute walk from the nearest access. The back patio has a hose for easy rinsing after we returned. Plenty of space for our family of 7. There are two full bathrooms and the loft has its own half bath, which was really nice. They were even nice enough to provide smores ingredients and roasting sticks. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely look to stay here again.

The house was just what we expected and a great location. The hosts answered questions quickly before we booked and everything was in good shape when we arrived that we had no need to contact the host after arrival. The host was available for us and checked in (via vrbo mailbox) to make sure things were good.

I am confused why you would give us a six out of 10 rating. I looked at our messages and there was never any issues that you brought to our attention and not once during your stay did you communicate with us. So to give us a six out of 10 on a property that has over 150 5 star reviews on Airbnb is just disrespectful.
