Very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condo at Sea Cloisters II in Surfside

Beach, SC. There's a nice oceanfront swimming pool onsite. You'll love the

spectacular views from your private oceanfront balcony. Ethan Allen

furnishings. Television in the living room and one in each bedroom. Two

bedrooms have a king bed and one bedroom has two twin beds.

Cozy and Convenient

Our stay at Sea Cloisters II was amazing!!! Our family enjoyed the convenience of being ocean front. The complex was very quiet and clean and that area of the beach was not crowded at all!!!

Relaxing time with family

First of all, was the view. From the bedroom we were in, you could open the drapes and just gaze at the sunrise. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools to cook. Old Colony Realty was great to work with. Very responsive to any questions I had. There was construction right next to the property but it wasn't being worked on while we were there. The pool was a nice relaxing spot after a day on the beach.

Work Vacation

The property is nice with a fantastic view of the ocean. We only stayed there one day due to hurricane Dorian and the city was evacuate, so we found another vacation spot to finish our vacation. You will enjoy your stay here if you are willing to do a little work on your "vacation". It should be known that this property is on the 3rd floor, which means three flights of "stairs". Access to the beach is thru the pool area. There is no elevator. If you want direct access I recommend getting a first floor unit which has their own private beach access. This property comes stocked with everything you need inside and a patio umbrella. This property, however, does not come with linens. You bring your own sheets and towels or they can provide them for an extra fee. You are also responsible for the cleaning. Yes, that is right. You sweep/vacuum and mop the floors, take out trash, wipe everything down etc. Cleaning people basically clean bathrooms, inspect and restock. When we vacation it is just the two of us. No loud parties and we respect the cleanliness of others property, but if we have to do the majority of the cleaning on our own vacation then they should waive the cleaning fee. Red Awning hires a local realty company "Old Colony" to check you in which is very close to the property and they were wonderful to work with. There is a lot of paperwork though once you actually book this place. We loved the area and the property, but due to extra work that most other places already do and lugging everything up and down stairs it was not a perfect fit for two people with a lot of luggage, surfboards, beach equipment etc., but for someone else it may be perfect.

First visit to Surfside

This was our first time renting in Surfside Beach so we didn't know what to expect. The location of the condo was great for us because it was a mile to a few restaurants/bars and a mile to Ocean Lakes campground, where friends were staying. The condo is nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds and has just enough space for six people. It is on the top floor (3rd floor walk up) which we really liked because no footsteps above you and a gorgeous view. I could sit on that deck all day and listen to the waves!
