About the Property
2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo with AMAZING Mountain Views! Walk to everything!
There is underground parking and an elevator in the building, so no lugging heavy or large suitcases up the stairs! The building also has baggage carts near the elevator in the basement, which are there for your convenience. Having underground parking is nice for those snowy days! Once you park your car, however, there is virtually no need to drive anywhere! You can walk pretty much everywhere or take the free bus services provided by the Town of Breckenridge and Summit County. Also, this year there is a brand new hot tub facility inside the building, with 2 large tubs available for your use.
You can easily walk to the base of peak 9...its a short 1/3 mile walk to the Quicksilver Chair. This is a great option for the serious skiers, as you can quickly and easily access Peak 10 and all of its exciting terrain. There is also plenty of beginner and intermediate terrain on Peak 9. You can also walk north down Park Avenue to the Peak 8 Gondola, although that is a little farther (about 3/4 of a mile). Peak 9 is a great place to start your day, and you can easily explore all 5 of the mountains that Breckenridge has to offer. Make sure to check out the new expansion onto Peak 6! Lots of above treeline skiing, with everything from intermediate trails to expert chutes. At the end of the day, take the 4 O'clock trail down to town and enjoy a 5 minute walk back to the condo!
Main street is 2 blocks from your door, with all of its great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Head over to Cecilias or the Breckenridge Brewery for a drink after a long day of skiing. I'd list the all of the great restaurants, but there are so many it would take up all the space on the page. My personal favorites are Empire Burger and the Blue River Bistro. The Breckenridge Brewery also has excellent food.
And if you don't feel like walking, there is a free Town of Breckenridge bus stop right across the street to take you around town. There is also a Summit Stage bus that runs from there, which is also free. The Summit Stage will take you to Frisco, Silverthorne, Copper, Dillon, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. You will find schedules for both bus services in the condo.
This is my 5th season managing vacation rentals, and my 4th year with this property. I take pride in my properties and it shows. Unlike property management companies, these properties are my own, so I don't cut corners. All sheets and towels are washed at high temperature, and I use all white linens so you can see that they are immaculately clean. I place customer service above all else...When you call me, I answer. If there is an issue or problem, I will be there immediately to resolve it. I live right down the road, 10 minutes away. My rates may be slightly higher than other properties, but I am a firm believer in the adage 'you get what you pay for'. I am dedicated to making sure that my guests have a great stay on their Breckenridge vacations!

This condo is located 2 blocks off of Main Street, near the Peak 9 Base Area. It is a short walk to the ski lifts, and Main Street has a great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. There is a free bus stop right across the street from the condo that will take you into town or to the ski area if you aren't feeling like walking.

I have been fortunate enough to live in the wonderful state of Colorado for the past 5 years, and have recently moved to Breckenridge full time to expand my vacation rental business.
