Winterpoint is ideally located just a short walk to the Four O’ Clock ski run, the Snowflake ski lift and downtown Breckenridge. The Snowflake Lift with direct service to Peak 8 is a 2-3 minute walk, along the same street as our Winterpoint townhouse. At the end of the day, you can ski home on the Four O’Clock run (a beginner ski trail), which is 75 yards (just across the street) from the front door. Our townhouse is one of the closest Winterpoint units to the ski run, in the nicer Winterpoint building that recently underwent an exterior renovation.
The Blue River Plaza, the center of activity in downtown Breckenridge, is a short, 4-5 minute walk. The plaza and surrounding streets are home to many great restaurants and shops, as well as special events held in Breckenridge (concerts, ice sculpting, festivals, etc.). Winterpoint is directly on the free town bus route, with connections all over town and to other Summit County resorts and shopping outlets. During the summer, hiking and biking trails begin right outside the door, and kids will love the on-site playground. The state-of-the art Upper Village Pool complex has an indoor hot tub and locker rooms, a heated salt-water pool, and two outdoor hot tubs, and is just down the path from our front door.

Unlike a typical condo, our townhome has the charm of a tranquil mountain lodge, as it is sound isolated from neighboring townhomes, there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and it has its own private heated garage with plenty of space for your gear. Located in the center of Breckenridge, you have access to all of the conveniences and amenities you’d expect from a luxury ski retreat.

The kitchen was completely remodeled for the 2014 ski season. We worked with local craftsmen to build a chef’s dream kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, solid cherry cabinets, slab granite countertops and hand-scraped, locally made, solid hickory floors. You'll find new Samsung appliances - a large refrigerator with ice/filtered water dispensers, quiet dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a convection oven with glass cook top. The kitchen also features a huge pantry for your use, and a full-size washer and dryer. The large, family friendly dining room includes a new table with seating for 5-6 with seating for 3 more at the large breakfast bar next to the table…so your entire group can eat together.

Our huge, soft leather sectional and two-story, all stone, wood-burning fireplace make the living room the perfect place to warm up with friends and family on a snowy winter (or cool summer) night. The living room features high ceilings, plenty of light, a 55 inch HDTV for watching movies or the big game (we have full cable), a selection of board games, DVDs and a Pioneer speaker for listening to your own iPod music. We have free high-speed wireless Internet throughout the house, on a dedicated circuit - so the Internet never gets bogged down. Just outside the front door you'll find a new Trex deck with Adirondack chairs, a Weber gas grill and stairs with easy access to the wooded path leading to the pool complex.

Both upstairs bathrooms were recently remodeled with porcelain tile, new vanities with granite countertops and undermount sinks. We know that nothing is more important after a day in the mountains than a good night of sleep, so this summer we added a brand new Serta iComfort queen memory foam mattress so you'll sleep well!

The “second” ensuite bedroom is larger and more comfortable than a typical condo’s master bedroom. There is ample closet and drawer space and a large window to let in plenty of natural light.

We are one of the few units in the downtown area with a large, HEATED, attached garage. You'll also find a changing bench, boot warmers and plenty of hooks, racks and space for your skis, boots and gear. No need to worry about finding a parking spot or walking across the lot in the snow or down long hallways to unload your luggage – simply pull your car into the warm and dry garage and unpack your car!

All of our guests have full access to the beautiful Upper Village Pool complex, a short 3-minute walk from our front door. This newly remodeled complex features a state-of-the-art outdoor saline pool (great for kids!) that is kept comfortably warm during summers and winters, two outdoor hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The clubhouse has lockers, a changing room, showers, bathrooms and an indoor pool entry (so you can enter the pool inside the complex and swim outside on chilly winter days).

Summer Fun: Hiking, Biking and Trails Outside Your Door
Hiking and road and mountain trails are just out the door. Hike up the Sawmill Trail from the bottom of the Snowflake Lift and follow a stream to a reservoir. Walk, bike, or jog from the townhome to and along the paved Blue River bike path, which leads from downtown Breckenridge to the town of Frisco. Mountain biking is plentiful. You can haul your bike up the ski lift and ride down to the condo.
Golf at Breckenridge’s 27-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, take a whitewater rafting trip, fish along the Blue River, or sail Lake Dillon. Are you motivated to climb one of several nearby 14,000-foot peaks? Quandary Peak provides an exhilarating hike and unbeatable views from the summit.
