Winterpoint is ideally located just a short walk to the Four O’ Clock ski run, the Snowflake ski lift and downtown Breckenridge. The Snowflake Lift with direct service to Peak 8 is a 2-3 minute walk, along the same street as our Winterpoint townhouse. At the end of the day, you can ski home on the Four O’Clock run (a beginner ski trail), which is 75 yards (just across the street) from the front door. Our townhouse is one of the closest Winterpoint units to the ski run, in the nicer Winterpoint building that recently underwent an exterior renovation.

The Blue River Plaza, the center of activity in downtown Breckenridge, is a short, 4-5 minute walk. The plaza and surrounding streets are home to many great restaurants and shops, as well as special events held in Breckenridge (concerts, ice sculpting, festivals, etc.). Winterpoint is directly on the free town bus route, with connections all over town and to other Summit County resorts and shopping outlets. During the summer, hiking and biking trails begin right outside the door, and kids will love the on-site playground. The state-of-the art Upper Village Pool complex has an indoor hot tub and locker rooms, a heated salt-water pool, and two outdoor hot tubs, and is just down the path from our front door.

Our Winterpoint townhouse has all of the comforts and conveniences of home, and offers more amenities and space than a typical hotel suite. Treat yourself to 1300 sq. feet of living space that includes a large living room with vaulted ceilings that opens to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms upstairs separated by a long hallway, each with their own bathroom. Unlike a typical condo, our townhome has the charm of a tranquil mountain lodge, as it is sound isolated from neighboring townhomes, there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and it has its own private heated garage with plenty of space for your gear. Located in the center of Breckenridge, you have access to all of the conveniences and amenities you’d expect from a luxury ski retreat.

Beautiful, Completely Remodeled Kitchen with Cherry Cabinets and Granite Countertops

The kitchen was completely remodeled for the 2013-14 ski season. We worked with local craftsmen to build a chef’s dream kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, solid cherry cabinets, slab granite countertops and hand-scraped, locally made, solid hickory floors. You'll find new Samsung appliances - a large refrigerator with ice/filtered water dispensers, quiet dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a convection oven with glass cook top. The kitchen also features a huge pantry for your use, and a full-size washer and dryer. The large, family friendly dining room includes a new table with seating for 5-6 with seating for 3 more at the large breakfast bar next to the table…so your entire group can eat together.

Spacious, Cozy Living Room with New Leather Sectional and Modern Décor

Our huge, soft leather sectional and new two-story, all stone, wood-burning fireplace make the living room the perfect place to warm up with friends and family on a snowy winter (or cool summer) night. The living room features high ceilings, plenty of light, a 55 inch LED TV for watching movies or the big game (we have full cable), a selection of board games, DVDs and a Pioneer speaker for listening to your own iPod music. We have free high-speed wireless Internet throughout the house, on a dedicated circuit - so the Internet never gets bogged down. Just outside the front door you'll find a new Trex deck with Adirondack chairs, a Weber gas grill and stairs with easy access to the wooded path leading to the pool complex.

Spacious Master Bedroom with Full Bathroom and Large Deck. One Queen Bed & Two Twin Beds with All New Mattresses for Comfortable Sleep

The ensuite master bedroom features one queen size bed, a trundle bed (2 twin beds), its own attached full bathroom (with tub and shower), a 40” flat screen TV and an upper level deck with Adirondack chairs and views from Baldy Mountain to the gondola. Both upstairs bathrooms were recently remodeled with porcelain tile, new vanities with granite countertops and undermount sinks. We know that nothing is more important after a day in the mountains than a good night of sleep, so this summer we added a brand new Serta iComfort queen memory foam mattress so you'll sleep well!

Equally Spacious Second Bedroom with Full Bathroom. One Queen Bed & Two Twin Beds with All New Mattresses for Comfortable Sleep

The “second” ensuite bedroom is larger and more comfortable than a typical condo’s master bedroom. This bedroom includes a brand new, luxury Simmons queen size bed, solid wood twin over twin Pottery Barn bunk beds (also with new mattresses) and its own attached, newly remodeled full bathroom (with tub and shower). There is ample closet and drawer space and a large window to let in plenty of natural light.

Heated Garage with Ample Storage for a SUV, Skis / Snowboards and Gear and Bikes

We are one of the few units in the downtown area with a large, HEATED, attached garage. You'll also find a changing bench, boot warmers and plenty of hooks, racks and space for your skis, boots and gear. No need to worry about finding a parking spot or walking across the lot in the snow or down long hallways to unload your luggage – simply pull your car into the warm and dry garage and unpack your car!

Newly Remodeled, Heated Salt-Water Pool & Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tubs

All of our guests have full access to the beautiful Upper Village Pool complex, a short 3-minute walk from our front door. This newly remodeled complex features a state-of-the-art outdoor saline pool (great for kids!) that is kept comfortably warm during summers and winters, two outdoor hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The clubhouse has lockers, a changing room, showers, bathrooms and an indoor pool entry (so you can enter the pool inside the complex and swim outside on chilly winter days).

Hiking and road and mountain trails are just out the door. Hike up the Sawmill Trail from the bottom of the Snowflake Lift and follow a stream to a reservoir. Walk, bike, or jog from the townhome to and along the paved Blue River bike path, which leads from downtown Breckenridge to the town of Frisco. Mountain biking is plentiful. You can haul your bike up the ski lift and ride down to the condo.

When we first saw this Winterpoint Townhouse, we knew that it would be the perfect property for our family. We looked at several properties before finding this one, and we honestly believe that there is no single better location or layout of any property in Breckenridge. We recently updated the condo and created our dream home with a new kitchen, floors, fireplace, furniture and furnishings. We use the townhouse as well as rent it out, and we are certain that you’ll enjoy our place as much as we do!

What makes this condo unique

There is ample space for our family to stay by ourselves or with family and friends. Staying at the townhouse truly is a luxury resort vacation, as everything that we love to do is right there...summers spent swimming, hiking and biking...and winters exploring the ski slopes and relaxing in the hot tubs or by the fireplace. And the heated garage is amazing for packing and unpacking the car, and extremely convenient if we venture out to the shopping outlets or to another ski resort.

The renovations to the bathrooms off of the bedrooms included porcelain tile and new vanities with granite countertops. The main floor also features a 1/2 bath off the kitchen/dining area.

Notes:
Non Air-Conditioned: Breckenridge is a desirable retreat during the warmer months because of the cool mountain environment and temperate summer weather, with highs in the low to mid 70’s and lows in the high 30’s and 40’s. As with most homes, condos and hotels in Breckenridge (including the Hyatt and Marriott), our townhome does not have air conditioning because it is not needed for the mild summer. We take an environmentally friendly approach to air-conditioning, relying on cool mountain breezes during the summer months. Simply turn off the heat and open a few windows until the condo is at your desired temperature. Fans are also provided, and are stored in the bedroom closets for your use.

This beautiful townhome is close to everything, gondola, ski lifts, restaurants, shopping and night life! 6 of us came up for a girls weekend, stayed comfortably and had a blast! No driving was necessary once we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed! Short walk to hot tub and pool! Michelle is easy to work with and very helpful! Can't wait to go back and bring my family! We will stay at Winterpoint again!!!!

Perfect LOCATION! Close to lifts and town!

This was my 2nd time staying at Winterpoint and once again it did not disappoint! We spent Thanksgiving at this lovely townhome, and with two families, we had plenty of space. We love that the two bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathrooms, and there are plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner too! The location of the town home is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the gondola and the town of Breckenridge! If we didn't feel like cooking breakfast, we'd just take a short stroll to town. The hot tubs and pool are just a short walk away. The owners were always quick to respond, and had awesome recommendations for activities and restaurants! We can't wait to stay here again!

Great ski-in/out townhouse!

My family and I had a great time in Breckenridge. The town house was clean and spacious for the four of us. The bus stop is a block away (the bus system is very convienent especially if you don't want to drive in snowy conditions). My family and I walked from the townhouse to the chair lift (5 min walk) in the mornings and skied down to the condos just across the street from the townhouse at the end of the day- was great! No problems encountered with the townhouse.

Rates are discounted for stays of 7 or more nights. The discounted weekly rates are visible when you enter specific dates and your number of guests. Monthly rates are available except during ski season. No tax on stays of one month or longer.

Half of total due is required to make reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay. Rental rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

We are local and have been managing rentals at our Breckenridge condos through VRBO since 2010. We offer personal service and are available 24/7 to help you with issues or questions regarding your stay.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
