Looking for the picture perfect, luxury getaway in desirable Maushop Village, just steps to the beach? You have arrived. This newly renovated, new to rental market, property has one of the best views in all of Maushop with unobstructed water views from almost every room in the house.
The Community: Maushop Village is a Nantucket style, master planned community featuring impeccable landscaping, sea shell lined paths and of course the best part: a stunning private beach. Stroll 5-10 minutes to the Popponesset Marketplace for morning coffee and pastries, lunchtime lobster roll at the Raw Bar and evening live music and ice cream during the summer. Not to mention several other fine eateries (and don't forget the mini golf course!).
The Property: Stunning renovation in 2023. This pristine property is the ideal spot for soaking in the sun, relaxing in luxury and of course enjoying the spectacular ocean views.
