Other Things to Note

No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1,000 fine will be enforced for violations.

No parties or events.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Check-out is 10 AM.

Sand must be rinsed off before entering the home to avoid additional cleaning fees.

A $400 cleaning fee applies to long-term stays.


Golf Cart Policy:
Golf cart rental is $65 per night. Outside golf carts from local rental companies are not permitted to be brought or dropped off at the property.

Pool heat is available seasonally from March through October when overnight temperatures remain above 50°F. Pool heating availability is weather-dependent and not guaranteed outside stated conditions.

Tampering with pool equipment or breaking glass in the pool area will result in fines.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.

Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included.
