Our home offers a private yard, private heated pool during the shoulder season w/ a nominal fee per day, and Spa, private parking under plus our driveway, steps to direct beach access, nice ocean views, marsh views, giant pool patio decking, extra large wraparound deck, an elevator, living space all on one level, and a new roof deck; that’s why! Plus, Cherry Grove is an amazing family oriented part of the Grand Strand and we are smack-in-the-middle of beauty on all four sides...........
