The Space:

Step inside to a bright, open floor plan where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together beneath high peaked ceilings and walls of windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room feels both spacious and cozy, featuring a gas stove fireplace, two love seats, a full couch, and a smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day outdoors. Gather around the dining table for six for shared meals, or pull up a stool at the kitchen island, which offers bar seating for four and opens seamlessly to the heart of the home. Step out onto the balcony, where comfortable seating, a grill, and beautiful mountain views create an inviting space for morning coffee or sunset dinners. When it’s time to rest, the bedrooms are designed for comfort with room-darkening shades, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep so you can wake refreshed and ready to enjoy another unforgettable day in Tahoe.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #2 includes 1 queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.



This home includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- Driveway and garage parking for 3 vehicles available.

- This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:

(1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry

(2) located at the balcony and actively monitoring the balcony’s seating area
