In Stintino you will find the cosy ground floor apartment Casa Giovanna, which has a small garden and a beautiful terrace. The cottage offers a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include cable TV. Start the day with a delicious breakfast in the fresh air or barbecue together with your loved ones while you round off the warm summer evening with a glass of full-bodied wine. Overlooking the garden and the sea on the horizon, you can spend relaxing holiday hours here. A pleasant refreshment is provided by an outdoor shower. The beaches of Gabbiano and La Pelosa, which exude a Caribbean atmosphere, as well as a selection of restaurants are 500 m away and a supermarket is 1.5 km or a 3-minute drive from the accommodation.
The owner takes the liberty to keep the deposit in case the waste collection has not been brought to the waste collection centre.
Pets are allowed (upon request).
Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
The house does not have a private car park, but a public one. For those who do not want to go to the beach by car, there is a shuttle bus stop 50 m away that connects the area with all the beaches of the area and with the city of Stintino.
