Welcome to our Vacation Paradise! Our condo is located in the Casa Del Mar community on the lovely Isla Del Sol Island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay. This is a beach and water lovers dream location. You are just minutes from St. Pete Beach and the natural beauty of Ft. DeSoto Park and Beach. You can also go for a swim in our community's large pool or relax in the hot tub, both located right on the Bay. Our unit is a spacious one bedroom, one and a half bath unit with a king bed and daybed in the master suite and queen pull-out sofa. We have a well equiped kitchen or enjoy local seafood and fare at many nearby restaurants. Enjoy views of the Isla Del Sol golf course and Boca Ciega bay and endless sunrises and sunsets while relaxing on the balcony.

The building offers recreation rooms where residents can gather to socialize and a large pool and spa overlooking the water. You can watch boats sail by while you swim in the pool or lounge on the pool patio. The condo is located next to the Isla del Sol golf course and walking distance to Isla del Sol Shoppers Village with a variety of shops, restaurants, hair salon, coffee shop, yoga studio and more!

Isla del Sol is a 350 acre island and is ideally situated within 30 minutes of 2 international airports, a short drive to St. Petersburg Beach and downtown St. Petersburg, and close to the Don Cesear Beach Resort, grocery stores, upscale shopping, museums, art galleries, and tons of amazing restaurants. The Isla del Sol island has streets with nice golf views and walking paths for exercising. The area has great fishing off the seawalls and near the bridges connecting the island to St. Pete Beach and Ft. Desoto.

We loved our stay! Especially loved going on walks over the bridge to the water, perfect location if you like walks. The bed is big and comfortable. The unit has everything you need and plenty of linens. Definitely recommend!

This rental was for myself, my wife and daughter. Everything was great! The host was fantastic and immediately responsive to our requests. The accommodations were in a great and safe location, and the unit was clean and in a convenient location to beach and shopping. It would be very difficult to beat the weather. If I have a chance to go back again, I would definitely be happy to stay here again if this is available!!

Amazing location!

We loved the condo and how it was so close to so many different beaches and things to do! Fort DeSoto beach was only 10 minutes away and I would highly recommend it while you’re here! The condo itself was clean and the owner had extra supplies, such as cleaning products, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, which was really nice! The pool is never crowded and it overlooks Boca Ciega Bay. We sat out there at night a few times and even saw dolphins once! The owner was very nice and helpful whenever we had questions!

Just another day in paradise...

Tom was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. He even left a basket of treats. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as photographed. Evening sunsets poolside overlooking the bay and morning walks through the beautifully manicured grounds quickly became routine. I can't wait to visit again!

Every thing has met our expectation.

The unit was very cheerful, clean, and well supplied. Isla Del Sol, where our building was, is a very well kept area, very close to St. Pete City with all its attractions, cultural venues, and restaurants. It is also convenient located for shopping, site seeing, and outdoor activities.

Making yourself at home here is as easy, breezy and wonderful as a day at the beach!

This condo has everything you need to instantly make yourself at home and have a truly comfortable stay. The attention to detail shows that the owners have worked hard to anticipate your every need. They've outfitted their place so perfectly that all you have to do is show up, relax and enjoy your vacation. The property itself is perfectly situated a short bike ride to the beach, a short drive from downtown St. Pete, Ft. De Soto Park is just down the street and there are only 30 minutes and two traffic lights between you and Tampa Airport. I travel to the area frequently and when I need a place in the future, checking availability here will be at the top of my list! Many thanks for two months of being at home away from home.

We stayed in this unit for the month of March and we really enjoyed it. The unit had everything we needed and Tom had left us with items to start off until we got to the grocery store......Their was even a nice little basket of goodies. The unit was clean and the furniture nice. Tom was their to meet us which was nice as he showed us around the building and the unit. Tom explained where the grocery stores and Walmart were so we would not get lost. Also their is a Sun Pass available for the area to get you to the grocery store without having to pay that extra fee. I was in St. Petersburg for 9 week school rotation. The condo was quiet and great place to live. We had great views of the bay from the pool area and were only minutes walk or drive to the beach.. Tom was a great host. He checked to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure the unit was in great shape.

Owner is available.Neat condo.Usefull bike room. Very nice area for cycling. Available bus service on the island. See dolphins from the pool. Go to Tarpon Springs ( specail on January 6 ) .Treasure Island ( kite festival ) . Downtown Tampa ( see Cruise ships leave the harbor )( see outside festivities before a hockey game )(take the trolleybus to get to Ybor City). Nice nature,nice birds.
