Our 3 bedroom home offers 1 king and two queen beds. Coffee and tea are supplied for the start of your stay. There are some spices and condiments supplied. There is a cold water dispenser, washer, dryer and more to make your stay comfortable. There are tvs in every bedroom and one on outside wall to enjoy relaxing using the bbq on the deck. A partial golf course view with a beautiful green belt in front for privacy. A pretty back yard with beautiful flowers. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by. There is a free pitch and putt course, pickle ball, pools and hot tubs and many more amenities available for your use in the Johnson ranch community. To ensure the best fit for guests and neighbors, this property is intended for vacation and family stays and is not equipped for work crews or commercial lodging use. We look forward to your stay.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pool safe plastic dishes and cans only no glass outside in backyard due to swimming pool. Return remotes and Johnson ranch card to baskets. Outside tv remote in basket with card.
Scrape bbq if used and cover. Place cover on outdoor tv. Return outside furniture if moved to original spot.
Please keep doors/windows closed with AC on. Setting thermostat too low can freeze the unit and stop it from working in extreme Arizona heat. Thank you for help being energy efficient!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage day is early Wednesday morning so the cans can be put at the curb Tuesday night.
No glass outside. Pool safe dishes at available in cupboard by the laundry room.
Remotes and Johnson ranch card returned to bowl. Card has a $30 replacement fee.
