The house was decorated cute and the beds were comfortable. However, the guest bathroom smelled like urine and the whole house had an underlining smell.

We apologize that you had that experience. As we tell all of our guests, please let us know the moment you have any issues or concerns. If we had been informed immediately of this issue, our maid service would have shown up to remedy the situation, but as it stands, we can't fix something that we aren't made aware of. Additionally, there have been no complaints from any other guests regarding this issue and neither myself nor our maid service has noticed any urine or other smells. In the future, we would greatly appreciate being informed of any issues right away so that we can ensure the best possible stay.

There was a great setup for 6 & under. It is a fully stocked kitchen set. I put the glass teaset up so our 2 year old couldn't get it. The 6 yr old girl & 2 yr old played for hours. Our 14 year olds were disappointed. The TV placement hindered them from hooking up there game system during the day (No plug available). They did it after adults went to bed with the cord in the walkway. I can see that they are treating for ants, but they are in the kitchen. The Kureg didn't work, but there is a drip coffee maker. The very nice stove didn't work, but she is working on that. The backyard unfortunately has a lot of broken glass that our 2 yr old kept bring to us.. I can tell that she has put a ton of money in fixing the place up, it just needs a bit more done. Would I rent from her again -- Yes. Everyone deserves constructive criticism and a chance to fix things. Plenty of nearby shopping and the commute to the stadium was excellent. Nice, quite neighborhood filled with friendly people.
