The space includes heating to keep you warm and a hair dryer for convenience. Whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for an adventure, this brilliant cottage offers a simple, enjoyable and quiet retreat. Enjoy your time in Durango at our cottage. Ask us about our overflow master bedroom for extra guests in the main house which has 2 queen beds and bathroom, or our RV Bnb (non-mobile). Be sure to bring your swim suits. And don't forget your mountain bikes and gear as there is Fantastic biking paths all around us! Hope to see you soon!

Our stay with Patti, her husband, and sweet dog Millie was such a dream! We were here for work, and they went completely above and beyond. This quaint property is perfect for a getaway or business, and comfortably fits 4 with pets.The property is a peaceful haven of gorgeous trees, fresh air, and pine scent. We enjoyed total privacy, yet communication was incredibly solid. The amenities are amazing—especially the heated pool, gym, and TV to watch movies or play music while swimming. Patti thought of everything: extra blankets/towels, a coffee/tea/cocoa bar, and fully stocked toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothpaste, and even extra toothbrushes).While there is no stove, they have other appliances so you can easily cook. The bedroom AC and living room tower fan kept us perfectly comfortable, and the outdoor campfire area is a wonderful place to gather. As a pet owner, the secure gate made me feel incredibly safe leaving my pups and belongings while away.The price is remarkable for Durango, Colorado. If you are lucky enough to find this place vacant when you need it, consider yourself blessed. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would! Don't pass this one up.

Hi! We're Patti and Brian, your hosts, local adventure cheerleaders, and part-time staff for our four-legged management team.
We fell in love with Durango and can't wait to share our home and cottage with fellow travelers who enjoy hiking, biking, boating, swimming, and finding new ways to convince themselves that "it's only one more mile."
A quick disclaimer: I (Patti) don't cook. Like... at all. So technically, this is an Air...B instead of an Airbnb. Fortunately, Durango is packed with fantastic restaurants, and our kitchen is fully equipped for guests who actually know what they're doing.
You may also be greeted by our welcoming committee: two resident cats, Minnie and Milo, who supervise everything with just the right amount of judgment, and our two dogs, Millie and Pepper, whose job descriptions include accepting belly rubs and convincing you they haven't been fed in at least a week.
Whether you're here to conquer mountain trails, relax under the stars, or simply escape real life for a while, we hope you leave with amazing memories... and maybe a little pet hair as a souvenir.

Our property is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines that whisper gently into the night. The stars, at times, seem so close as if you can touch them. There's hiking and mountain bike paths all around, amazing lakes, and the skiing, well, just wait until winter! It's amazing! Plus, we get to swim when there is snow falling outside. Win-Win!
