Fully stocked and known for some of the best trout fishing in the area, it’s a favorite spot for anglers of all levels. A convenient QR code is provided to make purchasing a fishing license quick and easy.

Steps From the San Juan National Forest

Adventure begins right across the road. The home is just a short walk from the San Juan National Forest, offering 24 miles of marked hiking and biking trails. We provide a map showing the trail entrance and our home’s location for easy access.

Access to Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center

For a small fee, guests can enjoy the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, featuring an indoor pool, fitness classes, weightlifting equipment, and plenty of cardio machines. It’s the perfect spot for workouts, swimming, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

Family-Friendly Park Nearby

Highland Park—complete with swings, slides, and open play areas—is directly across the street. Families love the convenience of having a safe, fun park just steps from the front door, right next to the forest entrance.
