Condo with beachy vibes where you can feel the rays of sunshine on your perfect St Pete getaway! Directly across from the beach and pool right outside, both just steps away! One full bedroom, this condo boasts a spacious living room, with a small balcony and small kitchen with beautiful upgrades. Kitchen has all the standard amenities to make it feel like home. I provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your sandy excursions. Free high speed WIFI and cable included with your stay. Welcome!
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
