About this property

It's all about location and you deserve a vacation

LAUNDRY
There is NO washer or dryer in the condo or the complex. You will need to go to a laundromat. The nearest laundromat is approximately 4 miles away.

TRANSPORTATION
Car is not needed if you enjoy walking. If you want to explore further out of the area, a car is recommended, and of course there are Uber and Lyft.

The Friendly Native requires we get the make and model of your car along with the license plate number and state of the license plate to link to the parking pass. They only allow one car.

If you need more than one parking space, there is hourly metered parking around the building that is enforced from 8:00am-8:00pm There are limited metered spaces though. From 8:00pm-8:00am the metered parking spaces are free.

During peak vacation times parking can be very hard to find. Beachgoers from around the area have been known to park in our non metered spots. They will get ticketed but not towed.

HEATED POOL - NO HOT TUB
The outdoor heated pool is available to all Friendly Native owners and guests. There is no lock on the door. It will close in the evening and re-open mid-morning.

PATIO
Friendly Native rules say our patio is for anyone's use. The condo next door is the only one who uses it besides us.

SHOPS/FOOD
There are plenty of good places, within walking distance, to eat and get souvenirs.
You are welcome to get groceries to have at the condo.

CONDO AMENITIES
We try to have the basic amenities people will need. Feel free to ask us if we have something you don't want to pack or purchase when you get there.

The condo is cleaned after every visit. If you need cleaning supplies for any reason they are available to you.

NEIGHBORS
There is a condo above and next to ours. They are also rented out. If you have unresolvable problems with either condo, call the St. Pete Beach police department, then call us.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must leave the condo the way it was when they arrived. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. Our cleaners take pictures after cleaning.

Great location

We loved our stay. The condo is in a great location across from the beach. The unit has a great ground level access and a nice private patio. The unit is great for the budget minded traveler, but as such it's not the Ritz-Carlton so have realistic expectations. Owners were great, check in simple. Overall our stay was excellent

great location/easy walk to the beach

Loved the patio. It was a nice extension to the living space. Unit was clean but could use an update. It worked for us and we stayed for a month. Definitely would rent again if vacationing in the area next year.

Great location

Difficult parking on weekends as people using the beach without passes would park there which made it very difficult for the people using the Condos ,wonderful beach and pool so close to the Condo. Good restaurants in walking distance. Nice area. Would recommend.

Old Florida vibe

It was overcast and a windy one day, so I really enjoyed being able to swim laps in the heated pool after a long walk on the beach. Super close to walk to the beach, near a nice section with natural foliage without lots of development. Relaxing “paradise” place sells drinks and food by the public beach. Surprisingly Quiet area even though it’s close to a public beach. Patio area outside the sliding doors had a nice hedge. There were plenty of parking spots nearby. Great price for a convenient spot. We enjoyed our stay!

Just needs polishing

Great location! This place just needs a little more improvement. Needs new beds desperately and get rid of the 1950’s wall paper in the bathroom and you’ll have a gem in your hands.

Perfect little spot!

We loved this spot! First of all, ours had a nice little patio outside where we set our chairs and towels to dry. Plus a hose to wash sand away. It was perfect location as well! We were right by where you walk on the beach, and walking distance from pizza, bars and ice cream. It was clean inside and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful area with direct access to Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Friendly Native". Perfect location (walking distance) for local restaurants, bars and beach. We will certainly be back.
