About Barb and Mark

Family oriented, love to snow board, hike, bicycling, yoga, as well as, travel, drink wine and dance. LOVE LIFE!!

Barb and Mark purchased this condo in 2001

Why Barb and Mark chose Breckenridge

We enjoyed visiting Breckenridge and everything that it has to offer, enough times that we knew we were coming back again and again, but we wanted a place to really call 'ours'. We wanted somewhere that was not too over the top, but special enough to spend all of our mountain time - winter and summer!

Comfortable and cozy is the feeling you'll definitely enjoy while staying at our condo. Far away enough from the 'real' world, but close enough to a little slice of heaven!!

What makes this condo unique

It is our mountain home away from home. Great location - unbelievably close to the slopes and bike trails, that you may not believe it. Also on bus route so you will not have to bother at all with driving, your entire stay!

In winter, catch early-morning turns at Breckenridge Ski Resort, explore miles of snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails, or hear the sleigh bells jingle on a starlit dinner sleigh ride. Adventure-seekers can fire up snowmobiles or tour the Breckenridge backcountry by dogsled. When snowy slopes give way to green mountainsides, saddle up to see Breck’s expansive trail network by bike or horseback. Five nearby rivers serve up the perfect playground for rafting, kayaking and fly-fishing. And on the greens, golfers can play rounds on the world’s only 27-hole, Jack Nicklaus-designed municipal course. Not enticed by outdoor pursuits? Immerse yourself in the independent restaurant scene, find the perfect gift downtown or pursue fine – and fun – art in the Breckenridge Arts District. Historic tours, cooking classes and theater performances satisfy culture junkies, while a little gold panning (any time of year) gets the whole family into the spirit of discovery.

Awesome spot

We stayed over December and January and absolutely loved this condo. The hosts were extremely helpful answering any questions we had very quickly, it's a fantastic location, quiet and really comfortable. We loved to come back and would definitely want to stay here again.

Great Ski Trip!

  • 5 of 5

An old college buddy and I took a 5 day ski trip to the area and stayed at the condo. The location was perfect, we walked to the hill several days (took the nearby bus when we got too tired). I also brought my nordic skis and was easily able to walk to the Breck Nordic Center for a great workout. Great communication from the owners. Would definitely stay again.

Ski Trip

  • 5 of 5

The condo was great. It had everything we needed for our ski vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place. It was conveniently located to town and the slopes. We spent 5 nights and felt like we were at home the entire time. The layout is great and gives you plenty of room for relaxing after a long day skiing. The hot tub is just a short walk and is just what doctor ordered after a long day of skiing. I highly recommend staying here for your trip.

Just What I Need

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful place to stay. 2 blocks to Peak 8 or hop on the Free Ride (which is across the street) and it's a 5 minute ride to Peak 7 and 7 minutes to Peak 8. Trails connect within a block or two for hiking as well. Great king sized bed in private bedroom while the kids sleep upstairs in the loft. The queen sofa bed is ideal for another couple. Kitchen is easily workable and fully stocked. Clean and tastefully decorated.
