Parking is included in the marked,plowed/private lot. No real need to drive to downtown Breckenridge, or to the ski area. The free shuttle stops at the complex and transits to both Peaks 8 and 9, as well as, throughout the town of Breckenridge, allowing visitors to keep cars safely parked at the development.
Laundry and New hot tubs/saunas are located in 2 buildings in the complex; both just minutes from the building where our unit is located.
The 0.4 miles mile walk to peak 8 is doable ski boots, but the free shuttle stop to both peaks 7 and 8 is a mere 100 yards from the condo entrance.
There are two bus routes (green and black), so service is reasonably frequent dependent on the season.
Comfortable and cozy is the feeling you'll definitely enjoy while staying at our condo. Far away enough from the 'real' world, but close enough to a little slice of heaven!!
