プライベートの高級温水プール、スパ、広々とした舗装エリア、広いグラウンドフロアのベランダが備わる静かな熱帯の裏庭。

あなたがアンナマリアに渡り、島のペースに降りるようにあなたの悩みを後ろに残しなさい。 私たちのビーチハウス（個人的な休暇の家 - 投資不動産ではありません）は、美しい家具、高品質のリネン、12インチの高い天井と優れた屋内/屋外の広々としたオープンプランのリビングエリアを備えた明るい宿です。 3つの大きな海岸沿いのベッドルーム（キング、クイーン、ツイン）、収納スペース、2つのモダンなバスルーム（1つのスイート）、巨大な独立シャワー、洗濯室の近くのホールWCクローゼット。

私たちは2014年の夏にプライベートプール＆ホットタブを設計し、設置しました。 特別な滑り止めプールの表面は、若い（そしてそれほど若くない）が足踏みなしで水に入ることを可能にする「ビーチアクセス」を補完し、深さ2インチで始まる！

熱帯の植栽は太陽と日陰の両方の領域を与え、夜間にはヤシが自動的に点灯して裏庭とプールエリアの雰囲気を高めます。

上の階には、カスタムキャビネットを完備した完全装備のキッチンを使用しています。 大きなお部屋で屋外ダイニングを楽しめます。

島の北に向かって、息を呑むような夕日を持つ湾のビーチの牧歌的で柔らかい白い砂に2-3ブロック（3-4分歩く）のプロパティの真珠。 Holmes Beachのレストラン、バー、ショップ、ギャラリーから徒歩わずか数分の静かな地区です。 無料の島トロリーバス停留所がすぐ近くにあります。

We had the best week at this beautiful house! The pool and backyard were amazing, the kitchen had everything we need, all the beds were so comfortable and the house was spotless. We were able to walk to several places to eat and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We cannot wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Pearl of a Beach. The owners were really helpful and were very happy to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more with an amazing outdoor space and pool. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the island. We loved playing in the pool. Air condition worked great. Kitchen well stocked. Water pressure/showers were great. Vaulted ceilings made it feel even bigger. Our family of five would happily come back here. This Vrbo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return.

Great vacation spot

Had issues getting inside due to a malfunctioning garage door, but got situation resolved and were able to get in with some delay. Communication with owners was only via email / vrbo app so that caused some delays. The pool is great, the hot tub is a little small. The location is great with a reasonable walk to the beach.

Excellent

This was the perfect home for our family. We felt at home the moment we walked in. Having never been to AMI we had no idea what to expect. Mike and Lesley were quick to answer all of our questions. This home is extremely clean and well maintained. The pool is amazing, the landscaping makes it feel like a private oasis and parts of the pool has shade so it was perfect for our grandchildren. We cooked most of our meals on the Blackstone by the pool and the kids could swim while dinner was prepped. The dining table by the pool was used nightly. The upstairs porch overlooking the pool was a nice spot for coffee and breakfast. We loved the fact that beach chairs and baby supplies were included. Great location. We were able to visit a different beach everyday. We rented golf cart and enjoyed exploring the island. We had a perfect vacation in this home.

Wonderful family home

The house was so clean when we arrived. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family if five. The beds were comfortable too :) We loved the pool and spent alot if time in it. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach, but doable with the wagon provided. Thank you! We loved AMI.

Amazing time

This was an amazing place and an amazing time. The location was perfect with easy walks to beach, several food locations and shopping. This was one of the cleanest, comfortable and family friendly places we have stayed. The private pool was great to relax after baking in the sun at the beach. We would love to rent this house again and have already recommended to others.

Perfect vacation home

We had this beautiful house for two weeks! We gave rented in FL for 8 years now and this was not only beautiful but checked all our boxes. The pool and hot tub were our favorite hangout . Loved the nearby beach but the water was a bit cold during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked without any problems!

Beautiful home close to everything

Despite being stuck indoors for a couple days due to Tropical storm Debbie, this house did not disappoint. It is exactly as described. I don’t know if you could ask for anything more. Mike and Lesley were wonderful hosts and very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home. If we ever come back to the area again, we would want to stay here every time.

Pearl of a Beach Home

We loved our stay here! The check in process was super easy, the property was the perfect size for our family of 5. You can walk to the beach from the property in about 8 minutes- we found a golf cart very helpful to get to the rest of the island. The kids loved the pool and it was super clean!

Great vacation spot on AMI

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great very close to the beach and dining options. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed enjoyed mornings and early afternoons at the beach and came back to the house to enjoy the awesome outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this rental check in and out were both a breeze!

Beautiful clean home- one of cleanest we have stayed at. We loved outdoor pool area. We enjoyed having access to wagon to transport supplies. Anna Maria Island wonderful. We did struggle operating TV (never figured it out but we arent real tech savvy). Would like to see some Tupperware in kitchen for leftovers. Would recommend guests renting golf cart- that made getting around a lot of fun! Would also have liked to have more washclothes- Maybe atleast 2 per person staying. Overall wonderful stay.

Wonderful family vacation!!!

This was our first trip to AMI and this house did not disappoint! We had some pool/ spa issues upon arrival but the property owners were quick to get someone out asap. The house had everything that we needed. We hope to visit again.

Just what the doctor ordered

We had a wonderful week at A Pearl of a Beach Home. The house was perfect for our family of 5. More than enough room, the pool and hot tub was where we spent most of the time. The beach was an easy walk right up the street. The most beautiful sunsets, and some of the best beaches we have ever seen. There were plenty of great restaurants close by (well everything is really close on the island). We spoke to several neighbors and locals and everyone was super friendly. Every question we had was answered almost immediately and we were extremely happy staying here and will certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We enjoyed our first vacation on Anna Maria Island in April 2013 and just fell in love with ........everything! We returned that summer for another vacation and decided to celebrate our upcoming 30th Wedding Anniversary (our Pearl anniversary!) by buying a vacation home on AMI.

For the final week of our summer stay we toured the island together on a tandem cycle, getting to know every street and visiting Open House events. On returning home we took to Zillow and found "our Pearl" on-line and decided to buy it - sight unseen.

By the end of October 2013, we were the proud owners of a vacation home on AMI. As we entered for the very first time, we knew we'd made a great choice and the name was clear to us both " A Pearl of a Beach Home" (in Holmes Beach!).

Our wonderful Realtor, Marianne (Island Real Estate) looked the place over for us and told us "the camera doesn't lie! Great internal layout, spacious outside spaces, high ceilings, quiet neighborhood, central on the island and close to the beach."

What's not to love?

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is great and the lack of a pool back in 2013 was actually a real bonus. It allowed us to design our own, include a spa and beach access and add a special non-slip surface. We added mature planting and lighting in the backyard which gives privacy and a sense of tranquility.

A short, flat and safe walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the nearest stop for the free island Trolley service make getting round the island real easy.
