Nicht geeignet für die Sommerzeit

Bei Ankunft waren die Betten nicht bezogen, erst nach langem Suchen, fanden wir die unzureichenden Bezüge und ein Handtuch (in einer verschlossenen Schublade im Schlafzimmer). Trotz Anruf wurden die fehlenden Sachen erst am nächsten Tag gegen Mittag gebracht. Da die,Wohnung unterm Dach ist, empfehlen wir einen Aufenthalt im Sommer nicht, sehr heiß.

Lage und Zustand der Wohnung wird falsch vermittelt

Der Sanierungszustand der Wohnung wird anhand der Bilder falsch vermittelt. Man sieht, das jemand vor vielen Jahren versucht hat das Beste daraus zu machen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist leider nur auf der Karte ersichtlich, weder per Foto im Netz noch per Streetview. Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer Hauptstrasse im unansehnlichsten Teil Warnemündes. Man blickt auf Plattenbauten und ist umringt von vernachlässtigten Häusern. Wir haben uns anhand der Bilder gegen eine Wohnung direkt am Hafen entschieden, die preislich sogar günstiger war. Am Ende haben wir uns geärgert, da Preis und Leistung nicht im Verhältnis standen.

Super unkompliziert und einfach.

Die Wohnung ist vollkommen ausreichend für einen kurzen Urlaub. Sauber und wie auf den Bilder. Alles konnte kontaktlos und unkompliziert erfolgen bei An- und Abreise. Nur zu empfehlen.
