The Gallery feels like your own private art exhibit in the heart of Downtown St. Pete. Rotating local artwork is displayed gallery-style with intentional lighting and artist information, creating an immersive yet comfortable space to relax.

As an end unit, the layout offers a natural separation between the living area and bedroom, with a galley-style kitchen connecting the two for added privacy and flow.

Step outside and you’re within walking distance of Central Ave, Beach Drive, the Pier, top restaurants, nightlife, and museums. Vibrant, creative, and thoughtfully curated, this stay feels uniquely St. Pete from the moment you arrive.

Guests have full private access to the entire unit. Self check-in makes arrival easy, and detailed instructions will be provided before your stay.

Free street parking is available with a provided parking pass for use during your visit — a rare perk in Downtown St. Pete. Once you arrive, you can park and walk everywhere, from Central Ave and Beach Drive to the Pier, restaurants, and nightlife.

Located in the heart of Downtown St. Pete, you may experience normal urban sounds, especially on weekends. Most guests love the vibrant energy, but light sleepers may want to use the provided white noise machine.

A parking pass is provided for free street parking and must be returned at checkout.

As The Gallery features rotating local artwork, pieces may change over time — making each stay a little different and uniquely St. Pete.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.

Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.

Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)
