This stunning and highly upgraded pool home is perfect for three families. It has three cal-king master suites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds.

Four of the five bedrooms have upgraded carpet. The rest of the home has hardwood laminate flooring and tile throughout. Open-concept kitchen with a dining room and living room. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the countertop and the living room. Brand new (Apr 2023) sectional sofa with sleeper. A full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The game room in the garage has Ping pong, air hockey, billiards, and toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. All bedrooms have a 47-inch plasma TV. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

It's a nice short walk to Disneyland and the Disneyland tram. The home has central air and heat. You can watch Disneyland fireworks from the back and front yards.
