Seasonal Updates: (Dates subject to change)
Peak 9 closes Quick Silver Lift sometime late April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 7/8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions).
* Hot tubs/Sauna in building are currently under renovation. Additional hot tubs are available across the street at the Upper Village Pool.

This condo is located next door to the 1 bedroom Trails End #406 we own (www.vrbo.com/1842749). It is perfect for families or friends that want to travel together but may want separate accommodations. They are both located at the end of the hall and very private away from the general traffic. Each unit if perfect size for a couple or small family.

LOCATION: One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne Ski Run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St. The Ski School (both adults and kids) & the Children's Nursery are located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient.

PARKING (Free):
One of the FEW condos in Trails End with a ** Designated Private Parking Spot ** in the underground heated garage. It will stay safe, secure and snowless!

Ski/Snowboard storage is located downstairs in the lobby and a beautiful slate coat rack awaits as you enter the condo. 575 sq ft.

Living Room: Elegant alder wood crown molding surround the main room with a sliding door opening up to a large balcony overlooking Peaks 8 & 7 and up north toward town and Frisco from the 4th floor. New leather sofa with queen memory foam sleeper sofa look over to a gorgeous stone encased electric fireplace, 46' flatscreen TV and the mountains outside. Enjoy various games, books and puzzles located in the uniquely designed TV stand. A round table with 2 dining chairs plus 2 barstools along the counter provide plenty of eating and seating space.

Kitchen: Granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need should you decide to stay in and cook. Stainless steel brand new quiet Bosch dishwasher. Stainless steel new stove and microwave. All the basics like a crock pot, Keurig and regular coffee maker, utensils, blender, pots/pans, wine glasses, etc.

Bedroom: One of the few units in Trails End with a KING size bed! Anti allergenic MEMORY FOAM mattress. Pillows all have anti allergenic covers. Enjoy watching TV from your bed on the 30 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. Another sliding door also opens up to the large balcony where you can enjoy superb views of the mountains while lying in bed!

Bathroom: Granite counter tops, custom espresso cabinetry and decorative tiles. Brushed nickel Moen fixtures in this shower and bath combo. Hairdryer.

Free WiFi: Download Speed 128 Mbps, Upload 6 Mbps

Indoor/outdoor hot tubs and sauna on site. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs across the street at the Upper Village Pool.

There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance, help if you are locked out, etc) our management company will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 5 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 and will be added after booking. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.

Our management company for key pick up is off site about 5 minutes from the condo. When checking out, keys may be left in the room.

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle service and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

Location! Location!

For us, most important was convenience of walking to the slopes in our ski boots! This location, night next to the village and at the bottom of Quicksilver lift (peak 9) couldn’t have been better! The boys were able to get to blues and even blacks and I was able to stay on the green (Silverthorne) run as well. We even came in for lunch a few times and one day to warm up it was so close. Ski school all right there as well if needed. Bundled up and walked to almost everything on Main Street. Again location was perfect! Condo had it all including humidifiers and a fan we could use for white noise which my family loves. Kitchen very well stocked. Underground heated parking was wonderful. Loading and unloading at front door was no problem at all. Will stay here again when in Breckenridge and highly recommend to others as well.

Great last minute solo getaway

I'm so glad I found this property for a last minute ski getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and bed comfortable. It was just what I needed, and Tanya was a great hostess. One issue relates to checking out - I slid the key under the door like asked, and the property manager apparently could not find the key so they reached out asking about it. I have yet to hear about the resolution so I hope it all worked out, but there may be a better way to effectuate the check-out.

Great stay in Breckinridge

The property at Breckenridge and trails and was perfect. The location was perfect for skiing in ski out. The rooms were very well kept, and we have no issues to share. Only suggestion would be a much more comfortable bed and pillows.

Location of the stay was good, walkable and the surroundings were clean. Easy parking. Pics showed balcony overlooking a stream, not the case, it was over looking a parking lot. There was a nice view of the mountains though. . Beds could have been more comfortable, lumpy in the bedroom, thin in the pullout. Condo was well accommodated and nicely furnished. afternoon

It was great, super close to town and everything is walkable. The condo was clean too!

Overall we had a good experience. The communication with the manager/owner were great, loved the app they offered. The only downside was the bed was VERY hard. For a short stay it wasn’t terrible.

Winter getaway!

Great spot for a Winter Getaway for two! Location is amazing especially with my wife just learning. Lessons right out to the back door, and the Quicksilver Lift leading to all the Greens for her to practice. Short walk to The Village and Main Street so shopping and dining were a snap even with COVOD restrictions.

Big Breck Fun

Even though I had to teach 3 complete rookies how to ski, I was still able to enjoy our trip in this fine, cozy unit. If more than 2 people staying just mind hot water for showers. Great place

Nice 1 bedroom spot close to main st but far enough away for some peace. Easy walk to get everywhere. Bed was very comfortable and welcome after hiking 2 days straight. Nice outdoor sitting as well on the balcony.

Summer Escape

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is very convenient, the balcony is large, and the price was reasonable. The few negatives are: 1) there is no way to get your luggage and/or groceries into the building without going up a flight of stairs...both from the parking garage and from the outside main entrance 2) the property management group gives you a small mountain of keys & devices to keep up with (garage key/condo key/pool key/keyfob for front entrance/garage door opener) 3) there is no direct lighting in the condo...only accent lighting...which makes it difficult to read anything 4) there is no place to store clothing in the bedroom...other than hanging them in the closet on the limited # of hangers that are provided 5) the kitchen is stocked at a very minimal level...but did include a crockpot which was great. Most of these issues were minimal annoyances that I could work around as just one person staying there....but I would think if you are there with multiple people....especially in the ski season....it could be a problem.

Great getaway condo

Spent the weekend with my wife for her birthday. This condo is very nice and kept up albeit in an older complex. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. Very clean and cozy. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay basically right in the heart of Breck with access to the town and mountain.

Great location! Very comfortable!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. He was pleased to be able to walk right out to the ski lifts. And I was happy with how easy it was to walk to Main Street and shop! We were thrilled to have the parking space in the garage especially since we got a lot of snow this weekend. The condo was well stocked with cooking gadgets of all kinds, blankets, and pillows. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenience and Views

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay here for a girlfriend getaway. The location allows a short stroll into the downtown shopping area and restaurants. It wasn't ski season, but out the back door of the building is another short walk to a ski lift. If you do need to drive, this unit comes with a spot in the parking garage, which would be very nice in the winter.The balcony connects the living room and bedroom and provided us a very nice view of the mountains and fall foliage to the north. The fireplace was a nice touch. There are shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs in the building which seemed well-maintained and not overly chlorinated. We did not cook here, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. The unit was clean and well-kept, with nice furniture. The only exception is the fold-out couch, which could use a better mattress to dampen the dreaded bar. It would probably be fine for kids however. I would definitely book this unit again when bringing the family to Breckenridge!

Nice, but disappointing

The condo itself was lovely and very convenient to the town, but as the balconies face the street, there was so much traffic noise from cars, trucks, busses, that we needed to use ear plugs to sleep (we wanted to keep the sliding doors open to feel the cooler air) and that wasn't sufficient. Also the pillows are foam and very uncomfortable.

Perfect Location, great unit

My wife and I stayed here for the first time this past weekend. The apartment was very clean, well kept, and was updated. The location was fantastic- you walk out the rear of the building directly to the Peak 9 lift, with easy access to the village amenities, where we rented our skis. The unit also comes with garage parking. Would absolutely recommend or stay here again.

Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors and all the seasons Colorado has to offer. Why they chose this property

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaway with you too.
