Noise Notice: While peaceful during the day, this unit sits above a neighborhood bar in the heart of the action. Expect some street noise, music, and lively conversations, especially on weekends and evenings.

House Rules
- Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. We do not make exceptions to this, for any reason, including weather, illness, or other circumstance that interrupts your travel (whether it is within your control or not), and do not accept date changes. Therefore, we always advise that guests purchase travel insurance for their trip, just in case!
- Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.
- Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 12, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave.
- Parking: Street parking only. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.
- Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.
- Late check-out: A charge of $50 per hour will apply for any late check-outs that were not approved in advance.
- Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.
- Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.
- Security: If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
- Cleaning: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
- Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.
