Epic View Perfect Location in Gaslamp

Spectacular views of San Diego! Very comfortable 2 bedroom with 2 large bathrooms. Well-equipped with high end appliances. Parking space in garage a great bonus. Jason is very responsive to any needs. Best local attractions: San Diego Zoo (but safari park is quite far away); USS Midway; entire Gaslamp district. Best food: La Puerta for pork tacos! And take the hop-on hop-off trolley tour!

Perfect location to explore city and coast

The location of this apartment not only offers the most amazing views of the city and water but it is close to countless restaurants, and right near the highway to head out of town for a day trip to LaJolla, Del Mar, Disneyland and more! The amenities of the building don’t disappoint including pool , hot tub and professional staff keeping everything spotless. If you want to explore downtown San Diego and all the nearby activities this area has to offer then this is your place!

Best view in San Diego

This condo is beautiful, spacious, nicely equipped and comfortable in every way. The bay view is spectacular and being in the gas lamp district is fabulous. There are so many wonderful bars and restaurants within walking distance - even for me and my husband in our late seventies. The kitchen has everything you need to cook complete meals and it’s a joy to watch the sunset every evening from the dining room table. Jason McKenna is a great manager and is very responsive in a timely manner. We love to stay on this condo because it is clean, comfortable and perfectly located.

Unbelievable Views, Great Location!!

Walked into the place on a Saturday night and it looked just like the pictures. The views day or night are something you can never get tired of. Building is very secure, windows thick to block noises, parking is secure, staff keep the place clean and taken care of. Perfect location for walking to fabulous restaurants, down to the harbor, Seaport Village, the convention center, the grocery store. Just a short drive to Coronado, or Pacific Beach, La Jolla... You can sit and watch boats go out, watch the military ships go in and out...truly amazing! The place itself is very modern, kept up well, exercise area and swimming pool are great too and were never too busy. People were polite and courteous making you feel as if you lived there! We didnt want to leave LOL!! Jason was great!! Communicated with us, addressed any concerns. Very professional yet a fun person to be around. We could always count on him. All in all this rental hit and exceeded expectations in every way! Dont miss out!! You wont regret it!!

Wonderful

Great unit in a wonderful location in the very heart of the Gas Lamp Quarter. Steps away to many many fine restaurants and only short walk to the waterfront. Beautiful water and city views that never become tiresome. Fun to watch the aircraft carriers and other navy ships come and go. Unit is well equipped and set up for totally comfortable living. If we come back to San Diego, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Modern, clean, spacious, views of which one could never tire (just like the website photos!), like a 5 star hotel but with a feeling of home. Great gym, pleasant swimming pool, 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and then the waterfront, easy walk to the trolleycar & local buses to Balboa Park, great 'organic' supermarket in nearby Horton Plaza. We ( middle-aged couple, our daughter and her baby) found it effortless to stay here for a week.

Excellent rental

Recently stayed at this property with colleagues for purposes of attending an academic conference. The condo was exactly what we had expected and served our purposes well. The location was ideal to the conference center and the downtown area. Jason was instrumental in our arrangements, and he was very accommodating with our last-minute request. He was easy to get in touch with, and was readily available during our stay. I strongly recommend this property!

Beautiful Panoramic View Condo

This is a great spot to stay. The city view and bay views are incredible. The unit is located in the heart of the Gas Lamp district and dozens of great bars and restaurants are just steps away. You can walk to the harbor in just about 5 minutes. The condo itself is well-furnished and real comfortable. Could not recommend it more.

ABSOLUTELY Fantastic Summer Vacation - The Views are Superb, the condo is OUTSTANDING and the Location, is better than you can imagine. I would stay here again anytime. We were here from June 15th, 2013 to September 15th 2013 - Living the wonderful life of walking everywhere in downtown San Diego Gas Lamp District. We love fine restaurants and we took advantage of the outstanding restaurants within walking distance. Jason was great, and took care of anything we needed. I would highly recommend renting this great place, in a secure building.

We stayed for four months and especially appreciated the view, the kitchen and the location. We walked most everywhere enjoying the grocery stores, close movie theater, restaurants and live theaters. The parking faccilitiy assigned to our unit was excellent and easy to use. Jason was helpful in answering any questions as well as sharing suggestions and information about the variety of restaurants and other San Diego sights. We enjoyed the work out area, pool and courteous Alta staff that kept the building sparkling clean. Again our thanks to Jason, he went the extra mile to contact us checking how we were adjusting, answering questions and following up on our requests. Jason made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Perfect place

We stayed here for one month and found the place to be just perfect. The photos are real. There is WIFI and cable TV at the condo, but the best thing to do is just to look out the windows. Jason is great, he has been very helpful with all our questions and extra needs. The pool is heated, so we used it regularly in November. We were traveling with our 2 small kids and found the area to be great for children, there is a small playground at Petco Park.

A Beauty!

Our visit to San Diego was a mixture of business and pleasure. I can say without a doubt that this property could not have been better suited for both purposes. We parked our car in the garage and rarely needed it throughout the week except for the must-sees like the Zoo, Coronado Island, and the awesome Farmers Market. Entertainment and great dining prevails in the Gaslamp Quarter, and this condo is in the heart of it all. If you're attending an event at the Convention Center as I was, the walk is easy, safe, and fast (unless you get sidetracked by all the goodies along the way.) The unit itself is very impressive: clean, well-maintained, stylish, and has a view that's amazing. I would give it a rating of 5 without question, but unfortunately the air conditioning was malfunctioning during our stay. This was through no fault of the owner but rather a problem in the building. Kudos to Jason for being very responsive to that situation as well as meeting all of our other needs before, during, and after our visit. I'd definitely recommend this unit to others and hope that we can stay here again in the future.

It is a pleasure to share my review on our San Diego vacation at this condo. If you ever have the opportunity to vacation in San Diego & want to experience the ULTIMATE, this is the place. The location offers something for everyone including great food, entertainment & convenient transportation as well as being in walking distance to the above. Most of all, the views from this condo give new meaning to the word WOW!!!!. This outstanding, well maintained & comfortably equipped condo was introduced to us with a "make yourself at home feeling". And we did. As the end of our stay came closer, we tried to find something negative to make our departure easier. Couldn't find anything wrong. We surrendered the keys & car passes with the positive thought that we WILL return again.

As an academic, I rent an apartment each year for an american convention. This place is the best I have stayed at by a country mile. Really superb location, views, balcony, facilities, decor - the works. Friends were absolutely stunned.
