The Space:
Black Forest Villa is a beautifully upgraded 4-bedroom retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment that can sleep up to 13 people (there are actually 2 sofas with extra bedding adding 2 additional beds, no sofa bed). Nestled in a peaceful forest setting, this spacious home offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, making it ideal for families, groups, and extended stays.

Enjoy s’mores by the firepit on the back patio, friendly competition with shuffleboard and arcade games, and classic board games for all ages. Host movie nights in the game room with a wet bar downstairs, while a second wet bar upstairs makes entertaining effortless. Relax in the solar room, unwind in newly upgraded bathrooms, or explore the area with provided bikes.

Inside, guests can also enjoy an indoor hot tub, dry sauna, and downstairs entertainment center, along with thoughtfully furnished living spaces and private bedrooms. All bedrooms feature crisp white linens to ensure a peaceful rest on spotless, freshly cleaned bedding. We take great pride in thoroughly disinfecting and sanitizing the home between each stay to provide a safe and comfortable environment.

With prior written approval and an additional fee, the property may be available for small events and gatherings. Pets are welcome with prior written approval and an applicable pet fee. For safety reasons, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property grounds due to fire hazards. Guests may also encounter local wildlife—while beautiful to see, please enjoy from a distance and use caution at all times.

Guest access
Guests may use all areas of the property for enjoyment except the locked outdoor barn, the locked owner's closet downstairs, the downstairs wood-burning stove, and the upstairs fireplace. This is for your safety and the security of the owner's belongings. The Mercedes parked in the garage is not available for use at this time. Thank you.
