We were very fortunate to find this home after our previous reservation was canceled two weeks before our Spring Break trip with a family of nine. The house is beautiful, very clean, and within walking distance of the beach. We appreciated the private living quarters with en-suite bathrooms for many guests — a real plus for a large group. The home was well-equipped with beach amenities (tent, chairs, cooler, wagon, and toys), and the kids loved the air-conditioned game room in the garage and the hidden pirate play area. The rooftop was a lovely, relaxing spot with a great view.A few things to note: the walk on the sand to the water is longer than it appears, and there are many stairs (though an elevator helped with luggage and those who needed it). The pool area felt oddly placed between buildings, was windy, and lacked chairs and sun exposure. I couldn’t access the online manual, but the host was prompt and helpful with any information we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to other large families.

This property was wonderful. Clean, family friendly and close enough to the beautiful beach. Roof top deck was our favorite. Would highly recommend and would stay again. 2 problems we encountered. The VRBO advertised a grill. We bought groceries around that. The place had no grill. And owner had a problem with electric bill and electricity went out for 2 hours.

This property was a great place for our family! It was located in a nice area with easy access to the beach. The upstairs outdoor space was amazing as well! Christianne, the host, was great with communication about the rental and everything in the area.

Lovely townhome, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything we needed for a beach vacay and family reunion. Walking distance to beach, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. A couple of communication hiccups with the hostess but those were quickly remedied by the managing company.
